You can't see what prices are while they're being rung up, and I thought my total sounded high, so I asked for my receipt. They could only text it to me, and sure enough, only 1 out of the 4 accessories I got were discounted. Since I paid cash, I was told my only option was to pick out something else for that exact amount right then and there, which by then I had no interest in doing. Not sure if the pricing is done based on a company wide policy or what, but they have to work on either improving the quality of their inventory or lowering prices because as it stands, I don't think it's worth it to shop there :/ The individuals who work there seem lovely and the issues at hand seem to stem from blanket policies and decisions outside of their control.

My salesman spent 15+ minutes online looking and found the matching pants, however I had to purchase them online. He assisted me with the purchase, discovered that they were on clearance and waived the delivery fee! I received them today and a perfect match. Instead of sending me on my way, the manager actually sat with me and waited for corporate customer service to answer the phone and fix the issue with my order. The manager absolutely did not have to do that, but she chose to go above and beyond to help me out. I completely forgot to get her name, but I know she has purple-ish red kind of hair. Loft can really make up for their higher prices with having awesome sales. In example, I visited a few weeks ago when they had a 40% off your entire purchase deal- how can you argue that steal! I've always had good experiences at this location in Lakeland as well- the workers are super sweet and helpful without hovering. If you can't find quite the right size, they'll also happily order you the correct fit online that you can pick up in the store later or have shipped straight to you!
