Unfortunately, life is full of bills, so I can't go as hard as I would like to. The staff are always extremely friendly and helpful if you ever need anything. I love the variety of different shoes that they carry from flats to heels to sneakers to sandals literally just about everything. The only thing I have to say is that a lot of the clothes they carry are made of polyester which I do not want to purchase especially if I'm paying $40 for a shirt. I understand that may not seem like a lot but when I can get a good quality shirt on a clearance rack at Burlington for about five bucks $40 seems like quite the ripoff. The only thing I can say is that sometimes they do have decent things on clearance, but you really do have to dig. I have found that they also have a lot of similar things to Ross and Burlington clothes wise, which is why I really only prefer to look at the shoes when I go to Nordstrom rack. I like that they also have makeup and perfume there so that it is more of a one stop shop. They even have some toys and tons of kids shoes and clothes too. I will definitely be back, but I don't know for sure if I will be back to this location as it is a little bit far from my house.

After checking out there, we continued shopping. Because who goes to the store and only get what's on their list, right? After getting everything we wanted, we finally checked out and departed. This Walmart is in a tourist area and has lots and lots of Disney merchandise. Mickey and Minnie Mouse plushies can also be seen perched on a swing that is hanging from the ceiling.

It took this guy 2 hours to collect 13 items, about 30 minutes to check out, and another hour to finally get on the road. I'm literally 2 miles away. I'm watching the map and it says he's finally 4 minutes away... then I get a text saying "delivery attempted." !!!! I text the driver Marcellus and he blatantly ignored me for 20 minutes. Walmart+ said it has up to 48 hours to complete delivery... WHAT AN INANE POLICY when I'm guessing 70% of deliveries are GROCERIES. I had cold & frozen items in my order. I wasn't waiting. I get to Walmart around 11:30 pm just fuming. I will say W+ customer service was apologetic and quickly canceled my order... but then I still have no groceries. Sooo in my pajamas, exhausted, I get my stuff. I check out, I ask for a manager bc idk how a grocery delivery service can let such egregious behavior ride from an employee. He looked at me like I had 3 heads, and wouldn't even turn to face me when I was telling him how crazy unacceptable this was -- given I was ordering FOOD. What if I didn't have my own transportation...? Would it be acceptable to let someone just go without eating bc Marcellus decided he just wasn't delivering my groceries that night & he was aware of the W+ policy that states he has up to 48 hours to complete the delivery????? How many seniors shop at Walmart????? ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Here's the funny thing, one of my very first jobs 22 years ago was an overnight Walmart associate in KY where I'm from.... I KNOW Walmart policy inside & out. Management & Marcellus basically ignoring a customer goes against pretty much the entire mission statement, employee expectations, all of it. I canceled my W+ membership in the parking lot. I had used it quite often in the past 2 years but oh well. I'm still just blown away. I know I'm not one to mince my words, but I stand by what I said bc there would have been consequences for both the manager & Marcellus at the store I worked at. I say this bc I saw long term employees get hit with write ups or even fired for much smaller infractions. Safe to say I broke up with Walmart last night. I personally did not think the deals and selection were all that special, but maybe if you're coming from Europe or Asia it's unbelievable, I don't know. I just wasn't seeing the value here. Both signs led me to believe that they are proud of their brands and mean business when it comes to thieves. As I shopped around I noticed that the background music was in Spanish which made for a nice change. Both the men's and women's clothing seemed to be perfect for a night of clubbing and dancing. Even though there were some colorful garments, white and black seemed to be the dominant tones. Most of the dresses, skirts and shorts were rather tight-fitting and didn't come close to the knee. The men's dress shirts were not the type you'd wear to the office. Most everything was very reasonably priced though. The skinny jeans I picked up were $19.99 on sale. Many other circular racks were also marked on sale which means lots of good deals. They also sell ladies skivvies and very sparkly belts. Plus all of their sunglasses are only $7.99 which means you can afford more than one pair!

They are in a very heavy tourist area, so the crowds here seem constant. Imagine Christmas crowds all year long. Although they generally have a nice selection of items, the store is usually a mess. I'm sure it's because the employees can't keep up with the constant customer flow. If I'm in the area and want to stop by, I make sure I have plenty of time to work my way around the store and to wait in their long and slow checkout lines. The employees here are usually fine, but seem unmotivated to provide quick or friendly service. Overall, I won't pick this store over other Ross locations, but I also won't avoid it unless I'm short on time or patience.

No matter which style you are into more you will find it here and at a great price. The selection makes online sale shopping seem like the dumb idea. Service is great too. Prices are still high for the main merch, but if they have things on Clearance, you can score some pretty good deals. Not as good as Nordstrom Rack, but still good. They have a bunch of different "cool" patterns in both long and short sleeve. I mostly looked at the button downs (or ups?) but I think they had some other stuff as well. They had a super tiny women's section with hardly any selection, so ladies, now you know how we feel at your stores! I'll gladly return to this store and may even suffer through traffic and parking just to come here.

They were able to help me with everything I need and the one thing I could not find in store, they found online and offered to ship it to my home. The value of these clothes is great. If you know anything about J.Crew, you know they are built to last, and they look and feel exactly at the price point if not higher that they are. I walked away with quite a few items that I know I can wear to work or casually.. The store is clean. They do not have a bathroom for customers, but Starbucks next-door will happily oblige. They really knew about the different jeans and their fit. Morgan kept on going back and fourth bringing us different sizes and options.
