Joe Buabeng, the said owner of Cloud 10 transformation is not a professional business man or gym. The gym is out dated and in need of renovations the equipment is old, broken mirrors. No frills 2 room establishment. He was my assigned trainer but I only trained with him once for a.half session. Thank God for Mia, Yolanda and Kevin and one more guy I forget his name but they are the only ones there to help you along the way. Not Joe even though he was my assigned trainer and he knows Im currently on dialysis. He pops jn and out of the gym leaving you with the other trainers. However, when he pops in the gym he only cater to his favs and post videos of them. He wrote a text to me after I disputed a double payment that was made. Just incase you didn't see the screen shot picture I uploaded, please see his exact text below. "I'm fully joyed. You will however always remain cripple and unhappy. He continued "You don't need a gym membership you need therapy!!!" Would you want to spend money or time at a place that thinks this way about you/his customer(s). He is supposed to be helping people isn't there some sort of Personal Trainer oath. He gives you a meal plan but he is not a certified nutriousnist. The one thing he admitted to me. He provides a generic menu/ meal plan he most likely copied. So if you don't say I'm diabetic or that you are a Kidney patient or any health issues your probably not eating properly with his menu plan. However he begs for "the goods" they call it but when things doesn't go his way he will say things like he said in the text. Especially if you are a women. He acts like he secretly hates women. He became extremely upset about $79 I couldn't believe it because he was actually paid twice and it was proven to him via email text and in person. If I would have said nothing he basically would have stolen the chump change and still charged me twice. Im glad I paid attention and inquired. I have friends that left due because of money issues in the past. I thought he would have changed since losing all his other gyms. Not Joe. He is preying and praying that you think you need his help to get fit. He knows for every person that leave one will return. I say leave, run don't look back. There are way better gyms. I promise you, he doesn't care. Obviously, Joe does not care about his clients and when he gets upset he will take your money and cancel your membership. Mute Cloud10transformation in memory of that family member who died from any illness. Joe is clearly only out for the money!! But when you catch him he is going to be big mad and use reverse psychology to make you think you were wrong. He is disrespectful and crossed the line on how he responds to women and people with disabilities. This gym should be closed it's basically a scam and you should speak up! Expose him. Im choosing to expose him today. I'm saddened by how he chooses to handle business too. Customer service sucks! He is the supposed owner, trainer, billing department, hiring department. Why does he say speak to the billing department Elisa but she only work on Saturdays when everything is closed. All the other gyms he had didn't survive the pandemic and are currently closed-this one should as well. Please don't waste your time here. Don't confide in him. He will tell all your business to all the workers and they looking at you with the "side eye.". Elisa send emails asking for all the goods, all your personal business. that may hinder you from working out. Only to throw it back in your face when he is upset. But wait I thought Elisa was the billing department. No one is probably even reading it, just a scam. He is too emotional when he wants everyone to think he is an Alpha male. Never have I seen a man act like this before. My God what a shame. Shame on you Joe Bubeang of Cloud zero scam formation. You should be ashamed of yourself!

    This is an update to my 5-star review on 7/28/2018…read more I stopped seeing Dr. G for some time because of financial constraints. During that break, my health went down the tubes. I even ended up in the hospital with Sepsis and another infection. I feel confident that if I had not stopped seeing him for a while that I would not have ended up in the hospital. I recently started seeing him again for some pretty serious gut issues, and I am already starting to feel better by following what he told me to do! Both of my adult boys and my daughter-in-law also go to Dr. G. They report that he is the only doctor they have been to who actually cares about them and who "listens" to their issues. If you are having any health issues or are just not feeling like yourself, I highly recommend Dr. G. In my opinion, you'll ask yourself what took you so long. Below is my 2018 review: Dr. G is an amazing doctor. My entire family goes to him even though he is not on our insurance. He is very non-judgmental and easy to talk to. You can be honest with him because he does not judge you; instead, he works with you to make you feel your best and stay healthy. I also love that there's a doctor my kids trust and respect as this gives me peace of mind. He talks to you and learns about your life style, medical history, etc. (along with comprehensive blood work) before putting a plan into place. I had depression, felt overwhelmed by life in general, and had hot flashes. He had me do blood work for things my primary doctor overlooks and found why I was feeling so poorly. Within 2 days of following his advice and taking Rxs, I felt like a new person. I've been going to him ever since (about 6 years now). He feels more like family to us at this point rather than a "doctor." I highly recommend him. He's worth every penny. Read less

    I had a lipo with doctor G couple years ago and I had a terrible experience with uneven skin and…read morescars. I waited to see if this will improved but nothing works. Creams, massages etc. I went back to see him and he said that he will inject those areas with a fat burn solution. Well, nothing happened. I went to a surgeon and he told me that he removed too much fat from my stomach. BAD lipo!! I am not able to put a bikini because I feel embarrassed. Now if I want to fix it. I need. $$$$ for a tummy tuck. What kind a doctor is this?

I enrolled in a one-year membership for myself and my husband on February 28, 2025. From the start, there were problems. Prices were increased without any notice--I only discovered this at the time of my appointment. I was also promised doctor-led reviews after bloodwork, which never occurred; instead, I only spoke briefly with a nurse practitioner and received generic recommendations. Additionally, after each visit, there was consistent pressure to purchase expensive add-ons, often supported by concerning claims such as exaggerated food intolerances, "gut permeability," or potential Lyme disease, which felt more like sales tactics than objective medical guidance. More concerning is a pattern of improper charges. I was repeatedly billed for "free" monthly IM booster shots and had to call every time to dispute the charges, often spending 20+ minutes just to reach someone. These recurring, unauthorized charges raise serious concerns about their billing practices. On February 3, 2026, Nava contacted me stating that our memberships had already expired, which was incorrect, as I clearly signed up on February 28, 2025. On that same call, I explicitly declined the offer to renew. Despite this, both memberships were still charged. Only one membership was fully refunded; the other was partially refunded. Nava claims I "used services" on February 28, 2026; however, on February 20 I was told to reschedule my February 21 appointment due to provider illness. I immediately rescheduled to the next available Saturday, February 28--the only day I could attend due to work and travel. This delay was entirely caused by Nava, and I should not be penalized for accepting the only option provided after my membership had ended. After reviewing other complaints, this reflects a broader pattern of billing and service issues. I am requesting a full refund of the remaining $200 and written confirmation that my membership is canceled with no further charges.

There was also a woman named Heather that was super friendly and helpful as well! Great staff. Any emergency hospital will take awhile just know that. The rooms are fairly large. The doctors seemed to know what they are talking about. "Seemed". I feel like if you go to an emergency room, please be very descriptive on how you feel so the doctor can narrow what you have easier. My brother was the one I was there for. This was his second time and he same the first doctor was RUDE and did not seem like he was just in a rush to get him out of there. There is plenty of parking and there is vending machines that take credit card. Just a heads up. Past experience? My father died in this hospital from health reason but the way the doctor announced his death scared me for life. I hated this hospital every since. Staff was terrible! But!!!! He spoke with an extreme level of disrespect and directed more of his attitude toward the people of color in the room. I would recommend that no one with any kind of urgency visit this ER and no one who wishes to be treated with basic decency and respect see Dr. Matthew Kramp. His horrific complete and total lack of beside manner completely derailed any hope we had of finding some answers, let alone timely ones. When we informed the nurse of our experience, she suggested we fill out the survey they'd be mailing us, and when pressed, offered that we could call the manager (but no contact info was provided). There seems to be no expectation of timely or adequate care at this hospital. 0/10 absolutely not worth going.
