These guys are the BEST in town. I'm telling you don't go anywhere else, only to Louie! I'll give a story real quick; The guys at Quality body works down the road are SHADYYYYYy. They will quote you INSANE money to do tiny little repairs and they don't know what they are talking about . I had a problem with my tailgate and they told me it would be 250 dollars just to LOOK at it. Then they said it would probably be over 1000-1500 just to start with. The manager didn't even come out to look at it. He told his guy to take pictures of it and he would get back to me. Super rude service. It used to be so much better when the old manager worked there, now you can't trust ANYThIng those guys say. They WILL try to rip you off . Not maybe. For SURE. I took it over to rosewood and they came right out and looked at it, it was a super easy fix, they literally fixed it in 5 minutes. Very very reasonable pricing too. No where near what those jerks at quality body were trying to swindle me for. Quality body used to be a hometown body shop you could trust. Now it's just a shady money making scam business that only cares about dollar signs, not local people. Do NOT go there. Or better yet, DO get a quote there, then go to rosewood body shop down the street and see what real service looks like. Louie and his crew are friendly, honest, and won't try to rip you off. I recently had the misfortune of taking my Mustang off road into a cow field, plowing through a fence. Not planned of course, but worn tires and the first rain of the season were not a good combination. As I've never had body work done in the area I was unsure of where to go, but based on word of mouth reviews I took the car to Rosewood. I can't express enough how great a job they did! It actually looks better now than just before the wreck, as they took care to match the paint on all panels, thereby eliminating a few pre-existing scratches. Louie was patient and professional when dealing with my questions, and my subsequent call backs to see how it was coming along. Recently my wife almost totaled my almost perfect Honda Del Sol. Upon the recommendation of my mechanic, I took it to Louie at Rosewood Body Shop. It took a long time to get back, but he worked with me and the insurance company. For just a few bucks more, he repainted the entire car (which was becoming a very faded red). Short of a $10,000 custom paint job, this is the best paint job that I have ever seen... and I used to work (or play) in a body shop. He fixed a number of things that were not a result of the accident and now the car is better than new. These guys did an epic door repair for me on a brand new vw sportwagen, finished in 3 days, highly recommended, great professional service. A few months later someone hit my car in parking garage and didn't leave a note, just a nice white streak of paint in a dent. I stopped by the shop just after they had closed. One of the workers had a look at the ding, ran inside, came back out with a squeeze bottle of some liquid and a rag and buffed out all the white paint. I tried to tip him and he said no worries. They could not match the paint on the bumper cover so to fix, they repainted the bumper cover and also the front fenders and hood so they had more room to blend the color. Ruined the tricot paint on my Cadillac CTS-V. I could not stand to look at it so I traded it in for a truck. Never again will I use this shop. read more

It was great to see my brand new looking KIA! I don't see any sign of the nasty Humboldt pinstripes it once had. They even vacuumed and dusted the interior! Rosewood Body Shop is a disgrace to the industry. Owner Lowie Shaha's only training is from Carnegie's how to be a salesman. Doesn't invest in training for technicians who repair vehicles. Yelling at them is only motivator and a fake smile to customers seals the deal. Beware of repairs under a shiny finish. read more

i had the mis fortune of having my car repaired there avoid this shop and they have only been in business 1 year. he put non oem hood on my car after telling several times. the drivers door don't set flush and looks as thought it was adjusted with hammer. its been a nightmare the wiring was repaired with electric tape. removed factory xenon bulb from good side and replaced with cheaper bulbs factory bulbs cost more but are good for over 2000 hours. i could write several pages. going to have attorney handle. read more
