It's because they lie & act like they provide a Customer Service Support/Chat which they do not..it's fake! Believe me I would know...I have tried to get a hold of them for 2 weeks now! It is absolutely Ridiculous! This Company/Business is Large enough that it Definitely should! I recently had a question regarding my crumbs/rewards so I looked on google how to get in touch with Crumbl Customer Service. There is Not a phone number, however they do provide a Chat... so I used it and nobody got back with me! So I got their email address & I sent them an email, but guess what.. that was a week ago & nothing! That is ridiculous! Very half-assed...If my grandson's didn't like the place so much, I would delete the app and not give them my business anymore. Since you can't even provide a way for customers to communicate with you!

We drove by this place yesterday and decided we had to flip a U turn and check it out…read more The store is super cute with an upscale but organic farmstand feel. They have so much in offer in addition to the food from baby clothes and books to kitchen accessories and even dog treats. It would be a great place to pick up a unique gift. The food is definitely the main character though, with everything from sourdough and cookies and pies, to jams and olives and store made salty snacks. They will definitely have something to cure your hunger. It was early in the day so I ended up getting a cherry turnover I saw in the display. It looked incredible and tasted even better. The pastry was flaky and buttery and sweet. I can't be 100% sure that the cherries were not canned, but they tasted fresh and that's what matters. My husband opted for an Olallieberry pie cup and it was also very good. It's basically a small piece of pie served a la mode pie in a cup. The Olallieberry has a really mild flavor and it's not overly sweet so my husband really liked it. They offer indoor and outdoor seating areas to enjoy your treats if you want to eat on site but it was an unplanned stop for us so we needed to get back on the road. They had so many pie options. I would have loved to try some but I didn't want it to sit in the car and if we had stopped a little later in the day, I might have liked to try one of their sandwiches as well but hey, there's always next time.

I love their selections of unique coffees and desserts! They have Dubai Chocolate Lattes and Jerusalem coffee as well as crepes. They have a colorful selection of sweets! Everything looks so pretty! I love pistachios and I think there was at least 3 drinks with pistachios. I settled on the honey lavender latte which was delicious! ( my girlfriend bought it for me and I think that's what she ordered). Very trendy menu with SUPER strong coffee! Btw..they also have cold drinks and more! Don't just think coffee!

They have a pretty good assortment of toppings, though no maraschino cherries or whipped cream. The organization of the shop is a little awkward, where everyone stands in a line in front of the machines. So if it's busy, it's a long wait and the yogurt starts to melt. The machines are also a little tricky to operate - the yogurt comes out slowly but then catches you off guard. All in all, good experience. It gets very busy!
