During the last transaction where he once again did not complete the job, and I only found out by following up with him, I told him that he is not trustworthy and his reply was "Now you're getting me mad, I've built my reputation on trust". My response was "Well I'm already mad, join the club. Your work can be trusted but your reliability and word for when you will get to the work cannot be trusted AT ALL".
