Once the work was finished, they charged me an additional $1,500, which led to a last-minute scramble with my insurance company to secure the extra funds. On top of that, I was overcharged for the work. It took four long weeks for them to complete the repairs, and they were supposed to put an inspection sticker on the car, which they didn't. When I went back to the garage to get the sticker, I explained to the owner that I shouldn't have to pay for the inspection since they had my car for four weeks and neglected to do it. The owner then refused to do the inspection altogether, even after I said I was willing to pay. The entire process was unnecessarily drawn out, overpriced, and extremely unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.

They ended up having a vehicle I was very interested in, but ultimately their prices were just not competitive compared to elsewhere and they said they had very little movement on their prices. When I initially stopped in, Corey showed me their Rav4 inventory and answered some questions for me. He gave me a lot of information, and was generally helpful. Later, I stopped in on a day Corey wasn't in and I worked with David, who was a little more pushy than Corey, but still helpful. Overall, I had a fine experience here but their inventory was fairly low and they seemed motivated to make a sale until it came to actually making a fair deal that matched MSRP.
