During the interaction, the associate made comments around Men's Wearhouse and similar retailers that they are not and that she doesn't like, which came across as dismissive and unnecessary. That said, I personally would not purchase from this store based on my experience with this associate. On a more positive note, I will note that they do offer a wide variety of selections and seem to do quality work. But overall, it's disappointing when quality customer service and professionalism are difficult to find in environments that should feel welcoming and inclusive.

Sunday July 5th I went to Kohl's to return an Amazon package, this is the Kohl's off of signal…read moreButte and baseline; after returning my item, I was walking over to the kitchen supplies to look around all of a sudden four kids, I say kids they were about 13 or 14 roaming the store as one comes up to me and told me that his phone died and would I mind giving him the time, I pulled out my phone from my pocket gave him the time which was 2:18 PM as I was holding my phone in my hand he takes his phone and connects it to mine and it made a noise which my first thought was oh no, I've just been scammed, thinking all my data information from my phone was transferred to his, I looked up at him and asked what did you just do ? and he replied. Oh I'm sorry Cash app I only needed $20. It took me totally by surprise looking at my phone pulling up my information to make sure nothing was transferred. I looked up and they were walking down the aisle as I looked up the kid looks at me and I started walking towards him and he knew he better run. All four of them saw me and ran out the store. I don't know what these parents are teaching these kids or keeping them under control for them to go around doing this to people, but it's horrifying to know these kids are learning this crap at this Young of age. I called my bank canceled my card or put my card on hold went back into the store told one of the clerks what happened and she paged the manager the manager came up to me and I explained to her what happened and I told her I needed help on this or what can I do.? Oh, I'm sorry ma'am as her reply we really can't do anything. I asked her if she can pull up the video to see who these kids were, and she was unwilling to do so, even though this was a horrible situation knowing these kids are gonna go out doing it to other people she was unwilling to help me Out, this manager, which I won't name names, but if she reads this she will know who she is, and that was unacceptable as a manager, not wanting to help one of her customers knowing these kids were trying to scam me and I'm sure they're going around to other stores doing it to other people keep a lookout people when you go to Kohl's if something like that happens, they will not help you management is horrible. Hopefully this will not happen or these kids will get caught and punished. Beware this man should be ashamed of herself.

So we went to another rack, my grandson picked out a pair of pants in a jacket, so as he walk into the dressing room, the guy says, Hey, those are not the same color black so I ask to which jacket do the pants work with or pants to jacket so he came over and said not there over here and that set that didn't work. So we went to a third one we had to do our own shopping. This guy just had an attitude from the beginning, I was starting to get a little bit upset, I wanted to say something. But I left it go so we finally ended up taking the first set on a different jacket. Came to $400 and 33 dollars for tax and we get up to the chill and it's like the guy's not even impressed. My first thought was, if you don't like a job, go somewhere else to work, I didn't spend $433 to have an attitude from a salesman.
