Bought a pair of shoes and a couple months later the sole came off. Took them back and Alex took care of us.

Drove across the valley to specifically go to this store to pick up some socks. I know, exciting...right? But when you find socks after buying different brands, you tend to stick to the ones you know that perform well...especially as they will be going through 10k steps a day, cycling multiple times a week, weightlifting and hiking mountains. Had to dig through the huge bargain style basket for my size. Everything was 8 or 13+, and the more common sizes weren't in stock. Even after I had one of the sales guys go check in the back for another graphic tee, it was also out of stock. While it's 50% off the entire store, it is only beneficial for customers if our sizes are available to purchase. It seems like they have some stock issues with this store. read more

Today I had one of the best shopping experiences one could have visiting a retail store. To be quite honest a lot of my experiences in retail stores suck! Employees lack motivation and even just a smile. My experience was the complete opposite today thanks to Tatiana. When I walked in she greeted me with a beautiful smile and continuously kept making sure I was finding everything I needed to in the store. She even found me a size that wasn't on the floor. The Under Armour factory store is a great way to get their good quality workout gear for a deal! It is sometimes hit or miss for me, but most often, I find good deals for the guys in my family. This holiday season I scored some super cool stuff for them! My only reason for the docked star is because the team working the front registers were gossiping about other colleagues and just not smiley and friendly. It seemed a little unprofessional to me. The lady welcoming guests at the front door was super smiley and sweet! I know that i'll be back for future gifting needs! read more

Great prices and variety if you can find your size... Seems like these past 3 months shelves have been empty or they're full of one size and workers barely acknowledged me. I had to practically find someone myself to assist me. They used to be helpful workers but it seems like all of them are talking to each other. Better to shop online. read more

Every time I come too the store I think every item is always 40% off and that's probably due to the frequency of the sales here at the outlet.l or just my visits! They get lots of new styles in each week and I have to admit that they typically have a lot of sizes available from Xs to 2XL and sometimes 3XL depending on your size. The shoe selection isn't so great but you may find a particular shoe that's marked down followed by an additional 30-40% off as we did on this particular day. If you're looking for accessories like socks, hats, belts, gloves, etc make sure you catch them while they're on sale with an additional markdown. Finally & most importantly.... when you head in just behind the register you will find 4-6 racks of clearance clothing that is typically marked an additional 30 to 40% off the lowest price. I'll start by saying we're UA fanatics so this particular location is great for us! Ive been here several times and while the selection is somewhat limited, the prices are great! We were here over the weekend and if I were running a business the employees are ones I would hire. Between asking about particular items and checking out we dealt with 3 employees and I couldn't have been more surprised at the professionalism and helpfulness from each one of them. It's such a rarity these days and I appreciated all of them. Excellent Service! There is a phone charger station in the store and it's free! Bonus! If you're running low on battery while shopping, pop in, place your phone in the locked charger station, enjoy some more shopping or grab something to eat and pick your phone up when you're ready! The only time I travel this far to the Under Armour Store is when I need a birthday present because this store is so colorful and laid out so well, makes you want to shop. ALOT!!! This weekend everything in the store is 40 percent off. Again I only came for a shirt but oppps left with an awesome hoodie and baseball cap too. The staff are very attentive and helpful. Went to Under Armour to get some cold weather leggings. The quality of their leggings are fantastic. We went on a very busy shopping day and the line was not too bad. We got through a line of about 10 people in 5 minutes. They had some great deals going on. Finally, they do an additional military discount here. read more

We were sent by the Tanger Outlets store to pick up some clothing put on hold at the Premium Outlets store and were barely helped by the staff upon our arrival. Additionally, we realized the items were 40% off at the Premium Outlets instead of the 50% off that we had seen at the Tanger Outlets store and when we had the cashier ask the manager about the price difference and if anything could be done, the manager dismissively said "it's 40% off." It's one thing to not be able or willing to match the pricing, it's another to be disregarded and given no explanation. Go to the Under Armour Factory House at Tanger Outlets to receive better customer service and pricing. read more

HORRIBLE customer service, stores closes at 7:00. They stop customers from coming in after 6:30 so they can have all customers out by 7:00. We arrived to 6:36 to do a quick return. Advised they had to have customers out of the store before 7:00. I looked in and there was NO customers. Our return would have taken 5 minutes. read more

Great place to find UA gear you can't get in stores. Sales are sparse however sales staff will make a point of informing you when there is one . There is a good selection of workout gear and athletic shoes. Quality is the same as regular in store merchandise. Score! read more

Currently, they have an older gentleman at the front door doing COVID checks. My son and I walked by without masks on and he started RANTING about it. We weren't within 6 feet of him, nor anyone else and he did not ask us if there was a reason. He just began screaming at us from across the walkway. Clearly he is passionate about the mask situation but it was completely unprofessional. If I were the management of this particular store, I would definitely not allow this loose cannon to represent my brand to the public. I appreciate his opinion, but he was totally out of line in the way he treated us. read more
