Service 5/5 Service is high on my criteria for men's clothing stores followed by quality of brands. Dillards never disappoints. I always use the men's clothing departments wardrobe assistant. They are keenly familiar with brand selections including sales items and utilizing their expertise is a big time saver! Selection 5/5 With a great selection of top recognized brands, Dillards remains my choice for dress for casual and business. Value 5/5 Do I shop sales, absolutely. Dillards top brands go on sale for seasonal inventory rotations, holiday customer magnet campaigns. Improving the environment at this Dillards location at Superstition Springs Mall is fruitless. It is a sinking ship and it shows. Observing store manager treating staff horribly in front of customers. It's extremely embarrassing for this lack luster store location to pretend it's even in the running for a higher end department store. Note to store manager- Control your emotional outbursts and mean behavior in front of customers you apparently did not see. read more

Bella and Miranda in the Women's clothing department on the 2nd floor at Superstition Springs Dillard's were outstanding in offering excellent service. They were so fun with uplifting, positive attitudes. I was looking for a dress for an upcoming 'dress up' event. With Bella's help, I found a beautiful ensemble with a jacket that could be dressed up or worn with jeans - and the item was on a deep discount sale. The best! I had read where Dillard's has great selections in dresses, and I must agree. There was much to choose from ranging from casual to formal. I like that, there's a "Mac" makeup station at this location. I went to exchange the color that I originally purchased as it didn't match my skin at all. I was able to exchange my product as well as, walk out with other products that matches my complexion. I probably purchase makeup, once or twice a year due to not wearing a whole lot of it in the Summer months but, I enjoy it. My makeover was fun, although, I would've liked a brighter lip color but I still looked great and natural even after. ( Yes, she loves herself ..She=Me ) In any case, this is a great Mall since they have everything one could possibly want, and whatever store that is not in the mall, is all around it. I shopped at Dillard's for the first time while looking for professional business attire. A young man named Dylan helped me out and provided excellent customer service (the kind of service you rarely experience nowadays). He took care of me during the entire shopping experience and I ended up spending over $200 there. I use to enjoy going to this Dillard's at Superstition Springs about 10years ago but not anymore. I don't get the same vibe I use to there, Most of the clothes there just doesn't appeal to me it seems like they cater mostly to older senior people. I guess they must get most of their business from the winter visitors. Once Macy's next door closes I don't see this Dillard's location surviving. And the customer service at this store is not that great anymore especially in the women's clothing department. some of their employees can walk right pass you no friendly smiles or a simple hello can I help you find anything? some thing I use to say when I worked in Retail to every customer I came in close contact with, Most of them look bored like they dislike working there. I am a native from Arizona. I really miss the old down town fiesta mall Dillard's that use to be in Mesa, which closed many years ago. I had an experience at Dillard's that was not good. I've been a customer for over 20 years and I bought a designer purse for $1,000. The light was not real good around the counter when I bought the purse but the salesperson, who I have known a long time too, told me it was in great shape and it was beautiful. I got it home and the leather lining around the top was cracked and the inside lining was dirty. This bag came from "What goes around comes around" and I guess I was under the impression that their bags were always reconditioned. I was extremely unhappy about this one. Scheduled an appointment at the MAC station area 12.31.23 5pm spoke with Ashley being it was my first time having my make up done so I wanted to make sure I asked about pricing and if there was anything I needed to bring, I get there 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment and there where 2 ladies sitting there and was told Ashley was still with her 4pm appointments from another teammate named Shannon or Sharon who was a mess as she said!!! She asked what I wanted done I let her know I wanted my make up done she asked if I spoke with anyone I said yes I just told you I had an appointment at 5pm with Ashley she said you can wait or I can see if someone else can do your make up by this time I didn't care who it was as I had an event to go to at 7:30pm She said I can do it but the whole time acted like it was to much she spaced out for a few seconds so I let her know look your not making me feel very comfortable your acting like it is to much for you to do and you seem really unsure of yourself! She apologized said she was not there mentally her mind isn't there she is just dealing with a-lot personally and wondering how she is going to feed her kid. I finally said ok look can you just do my foundation I can work with the rest at home but this is just a complete waist of gas and time especially with having a scheduled appointment. She then proceeded to tell me if Ashley told me about pricing I said no Ashley said it was complementary and the only thing I would need to pay for are the lashes. She said no I would need to purchase the products being used for my make over. So I said ok that's not what Ashley told me but ok whatever can you just do my foundation please! It was a whole lot of back and forth and wasted time by this point my daughter just said I wouldn't trust her to do my makeup she is acting like it is too much! I did get my makeup done but felt like she didn't want to do it, I would not have stayed if it wasn't for the thought of I'm already here and if I do it at home I won't have time. Shannon/Sharon apologized and did say she would do my make up but after all the back in forth that I did not expect or want especially from an associate. Clearly knowledge was lacking and we all have personal issues which Im sorry you're going thru whatever is it but don't bring it to work. Make sure your staff knows the pricing if any of the products they are representing! Getting something different from each team member is frustrating. read more

Do not come here expecting to purchase high end brands. I came here looking for a specific brand that is sold at Dillard's, but this location does not carry it. The sales lady told me that this location does not have the clientele to be carrying higher end brands. The brand I was looking to purchase is sold in many department stores, so I was not under the impression that it was "high end." I had all intent of spending over $100 on one item, but sadly left empty handed because this Dillard's does not carry higher end brands. read more

I am so delighted to have spent at least a hour with people that treats people as human beings and don't go around ignoring you. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted. I stopped by the Michael Kors purses and Ms. Sandra let me know all the deals and helped me pick out a new purse. Then I stopped at the fragrance counters and had the beautiful and informative Ms. Lauren and another clerk helped me pick out day time perfume that I absolutely love. Being in the whole during the COVID it was a breath of fresh air being greeted and spoken too like people that actually miss human interaction. Love the vibe will definitely come back!! read more

Went to Dillard's to buy my son some dress clothes. Robin was working in the men's department and was super helpful. She let us know that there was a sale ending that day that reduced any marked down items on certain racks another 50%! She also helped us by looking for shirts, ties, and made some great recommendations. My son tried on a suit jacket that he really liked, but Robin pointed out that it was not long enough on his 6'3 frame; she was absolutely right and could have agreed just for the sale, but she told him that it was too short. We ended up buying a Perry Ellis suit (fall) for $50--pants and jacket! We also purchased two shirts and three other pairs of dress pants for $80.00 total. Robin was pleasant and knowledgeable and we appreciated her service. read more

Overhead the store manager, Kirk and associates talking about a customer who was so obese that they broke a leather belt. I'm appalled by this sort of behavior from a manager. When I tried to speak to him I was disregarded and hung up on. When I called the district manager - she was too busy to bother with me. When I called her boss I got the same. Mr. Dillard is apparently the one who will be hearing my concerns. Or not. Perhaps just the Yelp, Google review, and other social media platforms will hear what I have to say instead since clearly nobody at Dillard's cares enough to listen. read more

I am reviewing the Superstition Springs Men's Suit department. I have found myself in need of three men's suits for my sons over the years as my sons started their careers. All three times we went to Dillards and were assisted by an employee whose actual name I do not know but who goes by the nickname Red. This tiny lady KNOWS her stuff. She had my sons size in hand before she ever pulled out her measuring tape. Her advice on fit and suitability of different patterns and colors for different events was spot on. She went out of her way to help us find a shirt and tie that just made the suit look fantastic. The suit quality is very good. The tailoring services are fast and professional. If you are in need of a suit, do yourself a favor and go see Red. Better hurry though, she is retiring October, 2018. read more

I went to Dillards superstition Mall a couple of weeks ago and I was so impressed with the attention that the customers were getting by the employees. They were friendly, and knowledgeable. To day I visited the women's shoe department and was amazed. I browsed the floor for a few minutes looking to see what I would like to try on. I found a shoe I liked and sat down waiting to be helped. I had four sales ladies look at me and when I tried to get their attention as they walked by me not saying a word.,I thought ok maybe they were helping someone else so I watched and no they just wandered the floor. I was not wanting to buy anything from Dillard's but my husband talked me into letting him get a jacket. Daniel was the original salesperson that greeted us in the men's suit department. Though the jacket my husband got was not in that department, we came back to purchase it in his area. Daniel was thoroughly hospital, friendly to my family, friend, and I. This Dillard's is a bit further than where we live, but I now know in the future to come here instead of going to the Dillard's closer to our home. Came in here the other day looking for a mens dress shirt. We were wandering through the mens area, looking for the formal dress area, when my other half made eye contact with a younger sales girl. He was about to ask her for help, but she headed him off with "Are you looking for the clearance section?" Apparently we weren't dressed nicely enough for her tastes. I decided against making a "Pretty Woman"-esque scene with my credit cards, and we took our business to Macy's. read more

The Juniors Dept has the best customer service in the entire store. I was treated rude and ignored in cosmetic Dept. The worse girls ever. They make you feel as if you are bothering them from gossiping and taking selfies. I leaned up againest the Dior counter and who ever works there NEVER EVEN LOOKED AT ME! I wish I knew the blonde in the junior Dept name... She is an asset to Dillards. I believe the only asset. read more

I want to say that I applied for a Dillards credit card when I was in on my last visit, I was lured in by the 40% off my already on sale items promotion, for doing so. I have an 860 credit rating and haven't really applied for any credit cards, loans etc in a very long while, so I figured what the heck, it saved me an additional $160 on my purchase! Well, I found out today that Dillard's runs a TRImerge credit report on potential applications. I only found that out because my MORTGAGE BROKER called me and asked if I was looking for a new mortgage, when I said no, she explained that whenever a company does a trimerge credit report on you it is usually for a serious loan, mortgage etc. She was randomly flagged on the credit report as a potential mortgage broker for a new customer looking for mortgage financing, and recognized my name! How's that for a doozy?! It brought my 860 score down to 840. Although it is a short term issue for me and is really inconsequential in the big scheme, it still is something Dilliards should tell you BEFORE you decide to apply for an account with them. read more

Went to Dillard's to purchase my mother a different perfume set and same for my father- at the Dior counter. Only one set had a price on it and the individuals who initially worked with me tried hard to help. Then I noticed a female cashier who was checking out another woman had a male cologne set in her hand. I asked if there were more and she flippantly replied no- then she went on to tell me the sets they are making up now are full price- that's what you get when you wait till the last minute to buy gifts. I was then told the gift set that was initially priced $190- was now 210. She said it may of had a old price on it but it's full price and again made a statement about waiting last minute. If I needed someone to harp on me about waiting last minute I would have asked my husband- I walked away- any chance of me buying anything from Dillard's evaporated because of the transaction I had with your representative. They need customer service courses on courtesy and effective communication. read more

Origin's products have been amazing for me, as well as my daughter and granddaughter. So it is a pleasure to endorse Origin's....but even more important to express appreciation for Monica. She has worked at the Superstition Springs store for many years and is amazing! Her product knowledge, professionalism, and concern for customer satisfaction are absolutely outstanding! It's such a pleasure to recommend this particular Origin's- I can't imagine anyone could fail to be totally impressed with not only the products, but the talent and expertise of Monica. I don't usually write reviews but found a geat employee, Kat, at the Origins counter in Dillard's (Superstition Springs). I used Clinque for years and decided to try Origins and love it! Kat gave me a mini facial and helped me find the right products for my skin. She was a pleasure to talk to and Knows all the products very well and is not pushy. read more

My latest shopping experience was very disappointing at the Dillard's in Superstition Springs Mall this last week. Mind you, this has been my go to store to purchase make-up, shoes, clothes, etc. for as long as I can remember. My work shoes broke and I needed to purchase a new pair. I was in a hurry and found just what I was looking for. At first I saw only one woman working in the department. She was extremely busy helping the 20+ people needing shoes. I then noticed a male sales person who was standing behind a display talking to some younger girls (early 20's). I waited for over 10 minutes for someone to help me. After it was obvious the male sales person was not paying attention to the rest of the customers, I approached him to see if they had the shoes in my size. He proceeded to roll his eyes and continued his conversation. When the girls left, without purchasing anything or even trying on a pair of shoes, he proceeded to help two other young girls. After receiving no help, I finally had to leave the store without the needed shoes. While a cute 20 something year old girl is fun to flirt with I suspect it is the rest of us keeping Dillard's open. read more
