I LOVE Ross. I want to say that first. So the store is slightly messy and the people not friendly it is you. You get what you give I have found the extremely kind and. Knowledgeable about their products. They tell me where the best clothes are and they also point out the great deals which their jewelry got two pairs of sunglasses very well known usually cost over $400 and I paid 50 $ravens!!I give rosses teyou can't beat that, so go to your Macy's, which by the way, is usually empty of anything including people And pay these big prices that's called being a snob. I cannot believe all the biased people in the world. Watch their jewelry. Most of it isn't pure gold, but it is high-grade names all the time their perfumes are sold at elite stores as is their make up so while you're gone, wasting your money at the high-end stores, I'm breezing through Rosses, with a smile on my face, the manager is so sweet and friendly always ready for a joke. I can't say enough good about the sales people they really really are patient people just throw their clothes any wear they try to keep up I've talked to many of them it's the customers that mess up the store and not the sales people act like you're human when you go in and see how nice it is if anything is on the floor you can see it with the kids running around most of the moms not watching where they're going you guys get a little class maybe they work hard for their money and maybe you're just a snob don't think everybody goes to Ross is poor believe me they're not My Family and I Dress far better, make well over the average income. Customer service is absolutely horrible. I always find cute items here, but the service just makes me not want to come back. I asked an employee a question, and she seemed exasperated to help me. She did not want to be bothered. It's always like this here. Another reason is because I lost my debit card yesterday, and called right away tracing my steps. The manager I spoke to informed me that they had my card, and would hold it for me. I make a trip the next day (wasn't able to get it same day because of work) and the employees told me they don't have it anymore!? I call the next morning, and the manager tells me that my card was shredded. I was informed that they keep debit cards up to a week before being shredded, mine was kept for a day!!!! What business practice is this when I told them I would be there to pick it up! Calling corporate as soon as possible. read more

What in the world??? TWO cashiers? On a Saturday afternoon! Really? Not only is this place a mess, under-stocked and disorganized, but the poor cashiers they had at the front had to deal with a line that wrapped around the store. Many shoppers walked in, saw the line, and walked out. I mean sheesh. Kudos to the two ladies up front (one of which was the returns lady but had to help out the other chic) because I woulda lost my shit if I was working my tail off while numnuts in the back chilled. I find this store to be unorganized and the products they offer are low quality. Granted, it is a discount store. But TJ Maxx and Marshall's are also discount stores, and they offer much better products of much better quality, and their stores are more organized. read more

I always enjoy these type of discount stores. If your willing to dig around and can tolerate a disheveled store, this is the place for you.

I've been here a few times. They offer a large variety of merchandise with reasonable prices. The store isn't very clean and a lot of the items for sale are on the floor. That's a result of people shopping and just leaving things on the ground, and the employees putting things wherever and they fall off the shelves. The lines are insanely long. The wait to check out can be as long as 20 minutes. They have very few cashiers at any one time. Tuesdays and Saturdays are usually the busiest days. I avoid shopping there often, it's an exercise in patients that I don't always have. read more

Always my go-to place for dresses. Never any stress at all. Just picked up a floor length Calvin Klein gown originally $239 for $45. Can't beat it. Not the cleanest place but I'd go here over the mall to find a dress any day. read more

Typical Ross. You have to really look around. I found lots of the size designations were incorrect - small tops in the large section, size 7 shoes in the 10s, etc. But the staff were friendly and efficient and I found some great buys. read more

It's OK.It use to be wonderful a few years ago.Now its never stocked.Never can find anything.Disorganized as anything.Once in a blue moon,I will find something.Sadly it's gone waaaaaaay down hill.The kids clothes are a joke.Horrible selection.When and if you find something. The lines are like 5 to 8 people and the cashiers are slow.The employees have no personalities at all.Not very friendly. Not rude but not very nice.Its a cold atmosphere .Much better off going to TJ Maxx,Marshalls,Burlingtion Coat Factory in Hunt Valley or even Gabriel Brothers.No more Rosses for me.I'm not the only one that feels this way either. read more

You definitely need to dig through here, but if you're the kind of person that likes searching for bargains, you'll love it! I have found so many good clothes here, and what I like is that it's not likely I'll find my clothes on someone else versus buying from a department store. Lots of sizes, but also bargains on housewares, shoes, and more. read more

Low on inventory, so the selection can be very limited. Even though the inventory is low this location can be quite disorganized. The lines are usually pretty long and they only have one cashier most of the times I have been there. But I know you have to do a little hunting when you come to stores like this. Please add more cashiers though. read more

This Ross store seriously disappointed me on a moral level. My mother-in-law went shopping here around Christmas time just after she had a surgery on her leg; she was in a cast and had to use crutches. But she wanted to go out and get a few Christmas gifts anyway. She ended up purchasing a few larger items and asked the cashier if someone could help her take her bags to her car. The cashier said "No, we do not offer that service here". She was taken aback and asked if she could talk to a manager. The manager restated the policy saying "We are able to keep our prices low because we do not offer services like that". To me this is not a service, but rather a courtesy. I feel bad for handicapped people trying to shop here. I can not believe that people like this are employed by Ross. I will not be shopping at any Ross store again because I do not believe they have good values. Take this comment for what it's worth to you. read more

I would like to share something that happened to me yesterday at this Ross. I am recovering from a broken leg and now have a boot and am able to walk with the assistance of crutches. I went into this store for a few things and wound up finding more things than i had anticipated, for Christmas gifts, including a larger purchase. When i checked out I very nicely asked the girl at the counter if someone in the store could assist me to my car because i could not carry it all - she saw very clearly I was on crutches. She automatically said NO. I was taken aback. After a few minutes, I asked for a Manager. She calls someone else over who I guess was the Manager - she never identified herself - and I ask this lady. She again says NO. Really, what I should have done is just left my stuff there and walked out. But because I had taken the time to pick these things out as gifts and really wanted the items I asked the girl - "so how do you all accommodate handicapped people that come into your store and need assistance?" She looked at me blankly - and just shrugged her shoulders. She had no answer and you could see on her face that she could have cared less. I was so upset. The unwillingness of them to even TRY to find someone on the floor that could assist me - I just could not believe how uncaring and unprofessional they acted! To anyone reading this... be mindful of the people around you - and be caring and kind and helpful! One day you may need help yourself and karma will find you. Shame on you Ross and the people you hire!! :( And P.S. - it IS the holidays and a lot of people are gift shopping so maybe ask your customers at the beginning of the transaction if they need a gift slip because apparently at this store, once the transaction is over there is no going back to get one!
