Took my expensive embroidery machine to them during the pandemic when the Husqvarna dealer wasn't open...they lied and told me they were a certified repair place...had my machine for 9 months! When I took it to them it worked...the only thing that was broken was the reverse! Picked it up today because they claim they couldn't get the parts to repair it!
