This target is always busy on the weekends. The store is nicely stocked still. They have a Starbucks inside. Parking is never really that bad although being in a very busy plaza with a Ulta, old Navy, Ross and other stores in the area. Service is fast and I'm glad they have a self checkout for faster service. They have a large selection of beauty and hair items. I also love that there is a CVS pharmacy inside. I got a medication from there and it was ready within the hour. Very happy with that service ! read more

Had a really positive customer service experience on one trip buying a gift card for my son's fitness teacher. Second trip was for a sale on Jurassic World toys. Online said 3 and 9 in stock for the items I wanted. I had an in-store only coupon that the website would not allow me to apply for in-store pick up, so had to just rely on inventory and visit the store. Got there to find shelves cleaned out. Asked about items. Associate checked in back. Found one, not the other. I understand inventory can have a delay in updating but when it says 9 items, it should be there. Associate didn't really care, didn't try to help further by checking again or elsewhere. Seemed to me, that stock was somewhere in the store. Good news was slacking associates means they put wrong sale tags on things, and sorting through the mess I found a $19 dino priced at $3.50, took a photo of display and the cashier honored it. It's a Monday night, early December. There is One cashier on duty. Lots of self checkout lanes are open. Where is management???? Cashier would not call for assistance. There are plenty of employees in the store. Someone needs to train more cashiers or bring in managers that can operate their registers. read more

This is a tough review for me. I love Target in general. I feel like high society when I shop there. The staff has always been friendly and Target tends to always have what I'm looking for. However, this experience was very unique... So there I was in the grocery section...needed some food to keep my energy up. I look to the right and all of a sudden, I see some kid screaming down the main isle riding a wheelie on a mountain bike right in the middle of the store!!! WTF?!?!? Next thing I know, I hear the kid's father telling some random lady that his son wanted to test drive the bike to see if he really liked it. I don't know what's more appalling...the dangerous action or the justification of the dangerous action. Can't say I'll be back in the Target location without full armor to ensure my safety. read more

I was so excited to shop in this store. But as we walked in 5 police cars rushed up driving on the sidewalk near the doors.Jumped out and proceeded inside tge store with force. One of the managers was standing outside waiting for them as if he called them.. I didn't know if we should get back in the car & leave, try to be nosey not knowing what would happen or if we should just go inside and do a little shopping. What do you think we did..? We went inside to be nosey and do a little shopping But didn't really see anybody hancuffed or walked out the doors. I give this store 2 and 1/2 star because no-one coukd help me find what we were looking for. All the employees seemed to be hovering upfront gossiping and laughing were the drama was unfolding instead of helping guests like myself. After trying to find the item myself I just ended up buying a nail file and just leaving. Would I recommend this establishment? ..Yes Would I come back to this establishment..? Targets are all the same, usually what one is doing so is the other. There's a Starbucks and who doesn't want a drink while shopping. They even give you this cup holder that attaches to your cart, so you can put your down if you need to look at something. read more

The store has obnoxious noise I guess they call it music. I heard the "f" word in one of the songs that was playing. I won't be taking my family there to shop anymore. Not family friendly. I would give it a zero! read more

It's a Target but its under construction to add produce sections apparently. They also did not have a seasonal layout so no Halloween gear to look over. Typically prices varies high and low compared to other competitors but the store cleanliness was a plus. Staff here were not unfriendly but in different to your existence. Sort of a don't bother me and I won't bother you attitude. read more

A thankful senior citizen posts this to thank Laurel of the electronics department of Target. When entering the store I chose an electric cart that had a ready sign on it and the machine said fully charged. I immediately went to the electronic department to buy a cable to recharge my Apple phone. While looking at several items a young sales lady by the name of Laurel came over and pointed out a unit that was on sale. She saved me money. As I was leaving my cart died. No power. Laurel offered and then went to the front of the store to get me a new cart. She was back in a jiffy and I was on my way to finish shopping. This young lady saved me money, time and trouble. My best friend/roommate and I were so excited to start decorating for Christmas in our first house together. We decided to go to target to find our Christmas tree. We found a tree we fell in love with. Sadly, the "only one" was the one on display. We decided to ask an employee if there were anymore in the back. With disgust, she looked at me, rolled her eyes and said no. Did not even ask which tree we were interested in. So, we weren't gonna stop there. We found another lovely new team member, Shane. Shane went above and beyond to help us with what we were looking for. Not only did he check on his scanner multiple times. He went to the back to check for us. And what do you know? There were multiple in the back of the tree we originally wanted. Thanks to Shane, we will have our perfect Christmas. Moral of the story? If you really want something you clearly need to find Shane. read more

I love target stores. This one would be no exception if they had ever cleaned their bathroom. Both of the men's toilets had dried poop on the seats and I was forced to hover over the toilet. Strange that the bathroom cleaning checklist had been checked off just a few minutes earlier. I am disappointed. My girlfriend had a similar situation in the ladies' potty. read more

Target is my go-to for most everyday items my family needs. This location is well-stocked and they always have plenty of registers open for check out. If you wait long enough for items you like to go on sale, you can usually score a pretty good bargain. Even though their prices are higher than Walmart, I'd gladly go here instead, just because the staff treats the customers with respect. Target takes pride in their stores and products. read more

Worst customer service ever! I was standing in line to pick up a prescription when obviously it was time for the staff to all go to lunch. The pharmacist looked right at me and closed the metal windows as the cashier was ringing up lady in front of me, when she finished with her customer she asked if she could help me and I told her I needed to pick up my prescription. She then informed me that I would have to return when the pharmacy re-opened after their lunch break. I asked to see the manager who was rude and about as helpful as tits on a bull. He said he would look in to it, I told him not to bother since his rude employees and his helpless self had just cost Target a customer. Needless to say I have changed pharmacies. read more
