She claimed she also had a SD (not with her at the shop which was interesting). She then proceeded to come from behind the counter to then talk baby-talk to my SD distracting her. If you have a true SD, then you know not to distract other SD's from doing their job. I won't go in there again with my pup. I later found out that the employee is actually the manager.

I saw a bottle of hand sanitizer and a box of masks for arriving clients who don't have or need a new mask. I looked a round and did not see clothing I liked immediately. I saw clothing that was not my style whatsoever at first. As I progressed through the store, I saw two type of shirts I liked very much. However, when I felt the fabrics of the two different half button down shirts, I like the second choice of shirts hanging on hooks. These shirt sleeve shirts were wonderful, but I did not wish to spent $48.99 on them. One color did get my attention more than the others, because I have seen guys walking around in this very light pinkish color. The color I believe it was called Red Sand White Stone or something close to that effect. While I understand staffing challenges can occur, I was taken aback by the tone and lack of professionalism in the response. Then he gives me information that I had to think and decipher that I had a balance on my card. yes, I know. I was on vacation out of the country for 10 days. Payment due in 8th. I have never, ever received a call from Kohl's! EVER! I do always pay in full within a week or 2. Nope this time I was late. I told him I thought it was a scam and he started to say You want to pay now? I say No. He raises his voice and insists several times, You pay bill! With that I hung up thinking, yes it was a scam. I git on the website & found yes I was late by 5 days! 5 days!!!! His amount was correct. So now, I paid and canceled my account! Kohl's you outsourced your company and the standards I used to purchase a whole lot of products through the years! Good bye- Good riddance!!
