I bought 4 pair jeans they smelled like engine oil and the 3 dresses urine mixed with something not good. I'm very disappointed with Fashion Nova. Their return policies are not clearly explained before checkout. Be careful--because not all items are eligible for a refund, and instead of returning the money to your account, they only issue store credit. Even then, when they receive your returns, it takes far too long to process. It's been almost a week since they received mine, and I still haven't gotten my store credit. On top of that, their customer service is nearly impossible to reach. The email address listed on their website is incorrect, and when you try to use the online chat, it just gives an error. I am a returning customer of Fashion Nova, and on this particular moment I chose to order a shipment of 9 outfits a large package. The package was supposed to be delivered 7/31 worth $150.00 and it never arrived. Two weeks later I called and emailed FN and got an Online Only response. I was initially only offered a $15 credit, after push back I requested to receive my refund by original payment. Buy 8/25 no refund was never issued, and nor a package. When I emailed about the delayed refund I reached out again and was told that it was issued 8/11 and that I needed to check with my institution. When I called my Bank Institution, they confirmed that refund was never issued. So, it seems things are all good with FN until a human issue problem arise. There is no human contact online store only, not good! there was a package and refund issue which was solvable but clearly was dismissed and never handled. This is bad business for any customer. Going forward I will be making everyone know that FN does not do good business when a problem arise and you can not speak with a HUMAN but COMPUTER ONLY! read more

Clothing is poor quality, sizes are inconsistent across items even though they produce all their own clothing. For example two items in a size 14 will fit differently and likely one wont fit at all. When you reach out to complain or ask for a refund they only offer store credit. They refuse to refund to the original payment method. They charge you $5+ for a return label. Customer service is terrible, they just gaslight and dismiss you and try to refer you back to their FAQ or return policy. They offer no concessions and are only after your money, once they get your money they don't care about you as a customer, just their bottom line. Super shady and unethical company and they use child labor. Clothes smell weird and chemically upon arrival, very reminiscent of some fast fashion, shein/temu clothing. Terrible experience and the clothing is made for people with big fake butts and breasts (no shade) but the average person does not have that. They glamorize the fake botox plastic surgery look which is cringey. Not the natural form. Their plus sized models just have thick thigs and are not actually plus sized. This review is about Jasmine, the woman with orange hair. I had an encounter with her today and she was less than pleasant. Rude actually. There are racks in the back that have clothing on them. I wanted to ask before touching but I saw she was busy on the phone and waited around for her to finish up. I saw a jacket on the rack that was cute and barely touched it. She snatches the rack away from me, rolls her eyes and says, "you can look with your eyes, not with your hands!" She was unprofessional and nasty. She reacted in such an aggressive way. I was honestly scared. I've never experienced something like that before. Her aggressive reaction is not justified here. It's a discounted Fashion Nova store. I don't expect Neiman Marcus customer service, but I also don't expect hostility. Her customer service made my experience bad. The manager with the curly hair is way too flirty and aggressive with customers, she made my girlfriend very uncomfortable. She screamed at me for grabbing an item off of a rack. I know this place is cheap and you can get five dollar thrifts but nothing is worth it in there. I usually shop online for my Fashion Nova clothes, but due to lack of time, an upcoming trip and nothing to wear for NYE, I decided to visit one of their brick and mortar stores. Upon first view it just seemed like a regular clothing store, but at close glance I could not only see the Fashion Nova labels but what makes these clothes special- their style. Anyone who knows me knows that I LOVE Fashion Nova clothes, so being inside of an actual store was like a dream come true!! I perused the racks looking for the perfect NYE outfit with excitement. Shuffling through only to find a partial item, a bodysuit that I absolutely fell in love with. I saw a pair of pants that I thought would match it perfectly but they only had one pair left which was the one on the manikin. This was such a let down for me. I decided that I would go ahead and get the bodysuit anyway and when I got to the register, I found out that it was over $50! Long story short, I left the store empty handed but with a tip from one of the cashiers. She said that I should check the Fashion Nova app for the items I was looking for and even gave me a coupon code to get it a cheaper price!! I really liked this location! All the employees were very helpful and nobody made me feel like I was too big to shop there. I've been to stores where I've been flat out told I'm "too husky" to shop there. It even happened to me as a kid... to this day I get really nervous shopping in stores because of this. However the girls were all super nice and one of them even showed me new items that just arrived and helped me find other items to try! I however personally felt I looked bad in them so I ended up only leaving with 1 pair of pants, but it was just really sweet that her approach wasn't "oh, you're too fat for this," instead it was "let's give this a try! What size?!" And that I truly appreciated. I'm at an awkward weight and shape that I'm not plus size but I'm not "average" size either. So it's always been difficult for me. I also follow them on Instagram and always end up clicking on there ads that always pop up on my phone thanks to Siri. The lady at the register told me they have upgraded in the last two weeks so it was a good time we came. She was very friendly but I forgot to ask her name. :( The store looks really hip and just like there website everything is super cute.
