The aisles are also spacious. I was very impressed. I also found what I think is a steal! A large glass vase that's heavy for only 6.99. Score! Along with some other kitchen items I needed. I really like this Ross location. At the checkout line, there was only one person manning the registers so it was a little slow. A security guard is at the door to check receipts on your way out. Mind you I always come to this store and spend more than I should $80+. We start looking around and this lady starts following us. We pay no attention to it, and continue minding our business and once we find the right dress we go to the cashier to pay, this girl was extremely rude to start off. We ask if we could pay in 2 different transactions $10 on apply pay and the rest on a debit card. The lady apparently charged $20 on the apple pay and said how it declined very rudely. I told her I had said only $10 and she responded in a negative tone every single time we said something. After she got it right, she threw the receipt at me with a pen to sign, and I was with my friend so I didn't even bother to say something and I kept my cool the whole time. At the end, she did tell us to have a good day but her tone and service was just not it. We called the store after to ask for the manager and mind you it was the same exact girl we just bought from on the phone. She knew it was the same girls that had just came in because we had explained the story to her of what had happened, and she acted as if she had no clue. We knew it was her because of her voice with that same negative tone. We asked for the manager, owner, or how we could contact HR or supervisor for anyone to give a complaint about, and she mentioned she didn't know the names of anyone except for the first name of the manager and that's it. She said she couldn't give us an email or phone number. Then she just hung up as we were asking questions, and so we called back. She explained she would not speak to us any longer unless we told her the complaint and she would write it down, since she said the manager "didn't want to speak to us". As we started explaining, she hung up again mid explanation because she knew it was about her. Overall, this lady was very rude and had terrible customer service, she did not know how to deal with the situation in a well highhandedly and professional manner. Very upset about the situation, will not be coming back again. By the way, the dress I bought was $40 which was overpriced and their clothing is a fashion Q disaster wannabe.
