The WORST experience I have ever had in any store ever. Amanda has zero customer service and the manger was worse than she was. After I asked for a gift receipt (before I even purchased anything) I asked for a gift receipt and she kicked the floor and huffed when I asked for it. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! They were overlapping clients at the register I wasn't even finished picking up my things or even getting the receipt when she was calling someone else from the line. After trying to complain to the manager about her horrible service I got even worse service from her, Ligia. that got absolutely nowhere and even eye rolls from the manager. The cashier ignored my questions and spent her time gossiping through her microphone with other employees. She was rude and one of the employees even quit because she was fed up with the cashier that was helping me. The cashier happen to also be the manager which says a lot about the reason this store is so horribly organized. This Ross was a nightmare not worth the savings would rather pay full price. A lot of the merchandise is damaged and in the wrong place. The wait in line to checkout was over forty minutes. I want my time back. read more

This rose is trash. I payed for a woman's sandals that it was located in the men's section. The size that I bought it was 10. I came back selected the articles that I was going to buy, it was another sandals from the same size and the manager told me that she is not going to accept the exchange. She told me that it was used, I would never buy again from this store in my entire life. It was my favorite place until now. I'm really mad, because I didn't used it. I don't understand why your store does this to it's customers. You go in and there's only 2 cashiers open while other employees are just walking around not helping any customers either. I called to speak with someone while I was standing in line waiting for about 20 and the line not moving at all and was transferred to 3 different employees none of which were at the registers. The 2 cashiers and 1 really was to be manning the jewelry dept. I ended up leaving my merchandise and leaving your store. I don't intend to return to this store if this is how your company intends to continue treating it's customers. It's ridiculous to have to stand in line for over 20 minutes and the line not move at all! This is truly bad customer service. Please reevaluate how to handle your customer service. I don't agree about this Ross being too messy, I think u need to come the right days, less crowded when employees aren't that busy and you'll have a better experience but even today is Friday and it still is pretty organized, more org. I came in the store to do an exchange. The manager walked away as soon as she saw me coming to her register. I thought she was coming right back but instead she went to talk to another cashier leaving me there waiting for her for at least 15 mins until I said something and then she asked another employee to take my exchange. This is by far the rudest manager I've ever seen. Shame on you Ross for not training your managers to be customer friendly!!! read more
