This review is specific to the Tiffany's & Co store in Boca Town Center (South Florida). I grew up staring at the windows of the 727 5th Avenue flagship store (heck, I even once ate a croissant while doing so, a'la Holly Golightly!). My first 'milestone' present was an Elsa Peretti teardrop pendant that I bought from that store (and have since passed down to my niece). So yeah, I'm a fan-gal. But back to the Boca Town Center location. I recently purchased 2 items around the holidays and without going into detail, there ended up being an unusual circumstance. My Salesperson, Svetlana, and the store Manager, Christy, could not have been more helpful. They made a stressful situation much easier, and for that, I'm extremely grateful. read more

My son purchased a ring for me for my birthday on September 1st and I unfortunately had to return it on September 2nd because they don't have bigger size, today is October 31st and i still don't have my return check, i called more than 20 times in the past 2 months to get an update and every time they told me it will arrive next week. They had to void 2 checks because they were nowhere to be found. After calling for exactly a month, they told me they send the check to my previous address even though I told the sales associate working there that it's my old address and I don't live there anymore. After waiting the check again they sent a new one to the correct address, but it never arrived so after calling and speaking with all the managers for two months they finally agreed to send a check to the Aventura location. Tomorrow hopefully i will be able to pick it up even though it's far from me. Worst customer service ever! read more

Bought a bracelets and a necklace four months ago from that location, color faded in a weird way, attempted to call the store during business hours no matter what extension you dial they never picked up. I don't know how they can run big operation like that however, I gonna keep trying hopefully they will pick up. read more

Horrible customer service/repair experience. My husband bought me an expensive necklace for Christmas. It was gorgeous and I loved it but it was too tight on my neck. We returned to Tiffany's the day after Christmas 12/26 and asked to see different necklaces of the same style. Well, they had none in store - this was a simple yet gorgeous pearl + diamond necklace. The sales person told me we could send it for "repair" to have the necklace lengthened for $125. Firstly I think it is SO silly that you must pay more to have tiny chain added when you already paid well over 1K. Anyways, we accepted his offer since I loved it so much. He had no idea how to write up the order so another lady came over to help. She was apparently the "expert" at this. Everything was set and she told us it would be 2 weeks maximum. Well 2 weeks rolls around and no update so I call the store. They tell me 4 weeks - I told them I was quoted 2 weeks AND it says it on my repair slip. They argued with me over the phone and finally I told them to look up the repair slip by # where it says 2 weeks. She said she would call the repair center to have it rushed. we finally received it yesterday, 25 days later. No apology or offer extended. Still had to pay the $125 - It is a beautiful necklace now that it fits properly but they really need to get their staff and procedures together when people are paying good money for sterling silver jewelry...... read more

I went there today to ASK how can I clean my neckless cause stupidly got into the hot tub with it and got dirty. As soon as I showed it they help me. They made me sit and wait while they cleaned it BRAND NEW for me for no charge and while I waited they offered all kinds of free beverage. They are AMAZING. I'm still in shock about how amazing the costumer service was. The most amazing part is that they looked happy with me coming back instead of being bothered for having to do this for me. The staff is a hit and miss. This location was opened in 2015, I was one of its first customers for repair work to some items. (Don't try to rob me cause they are not in my home! ) Anywhooooo, well I was shocked when the piece came back that was over 100 years of age, w/out one of the original parts! If it was not for the super smart woman in the Tiffany's in Boca Raton Mall, well this reviewer would not be giving 3 stars. Fast forward, I've returned to try & give this location a second chance ( fingers crossed please! ) will follow up after I get the other pieces back. Brought my jewelry in for a cleaning. I left my jewelry there for 2 days when I arrived to pick it up it wasn't ready. I had to sit and wait while the employees tried to distract me. When they finally brought my jewelry my earring was bent and they said "it came like that." I will definitely just go to another Tiffany's from now on. I have been a customer for years buying from this location but their quality in customer service has dropped. read more

Great customer service always. This review is way overdue. This is my primary store although I do frequent the Merrick Park location at times also. Actually, both stores are equally good. Today, my review is for their new jewelry cleaning service. I usually wait an hour or so to get my jewelry cleaned but now, they ask that you leave it for 2 days for a thorough cleaning which includes inspection of the clasp. I have no problem leaving my jewelry with them for 2 days even if I don't live close to Aventura or even Coral Gables. I picked up my bracelet today and if I wouldn't have seen the tiny scratches I have unfortunately made on it, I thought it came out of the new jewelry display. I'm extremely satisfied with this new service. I'm pretty sure it's an inconvenience to most people, and honestly, I thought so too but it just gave me an excuse to go back to the mall and shop a little more. Worst location for Tiffany & Co. the employees do not greet you or help. We stood there by the case waiting to see items. The worst Tiffany & Co. location of all of them. The staff here to do not care about greeting you once you walk in, you have to ask for help from the security guard and he would have to walk to the break room in the back to get employee to help us. Even after they make you feel that we are interrupting them. So we went to another location and spent $20,000 with them instead. They need to fire these people or close this location. What a waste of space, money and staff. These staff act like they are all high and mighty to work with a brand they can't even afford. Go to other locations. read more

I got a bracelet as a present from Tiffany's at Aventura Mall, however later I noticed that the clasp is slightly broken. It pulls all my clothes. When I asked at the store to repair the clasp, they said that I need to pay for repair. Why should I pay for repair if the bracelet is still new but with flaw? How Tiffany does not stand behind their product?? Very disappointed. When there is some minor wrong with my Bentley, Bentley Motors is always happy to assist me with no problem and no cost. My husband and I always buy from Tiffany, my engagement ring and our wedding bands are from Tiffany, also for my birthday my husband bought me a bracelet from Tiffany, and now for our 10 year wedding anniversary he bought me as a surprise a necklace with a heart that he made it engraved, we usually buy from the Tiffany in Aventura mall, so we went to that Tiffany because when i put the necklace on i noticed that the clasp doesn't closed properly so when it was sold to him it was damaged, I haven't even used the necklace because i was afraid it will open and i will lose it, so we went to exchange the necklace or either fix the clasp, since they sold something already damage the least they could do is exchange or fix it without any charge, but guess what they want to charge me if i want to exchange or fix it, I don't think that's the way to go after all this years being a client and buying from there the least you can do is fix it because is not my fault that you sell damage merchandise it was not even 30 days from the date my husband bought the necklace and as i said I haven't even used it, my advise to people is just make sure when you buy something from there to check very carefully what you are buying read more
