When you enter the store, they have a staff member at the door to number or hold onto your returns if you have any. Then you go through quite a large size department store of all types of ladies clothing. The variety of clothing includes club clothes, bathing suits, to jeans, and lingerie. The downside is there are no dressing rooms. Yet is that a downside? I asked myself would I rather they have higher prices and dressing rooms and my answer was no. I would rather they keep it simple as they have it. It definitely mitigates staff as well as theft opportunities. While I was shopping, I asked three different employees items as I was like a kid in the candy store. Each and everyone of them was super friendly. Check out was a breeze. Their return policy is for store credit or exchange within 14 days which keeps the items fresh. Towards the back, I got big bargains on clearance. Yes, this store is a discovery and I am thrilled to add it to my top five. Thanks for sharing the discovery fellow yelpers! i am a huge fan!

I was looking for cool dresses for work and she wanted to see the jewelry. I tried a sleeveless dress on in a rust color. It was the type of fabric that travels well and doesn't wrinkle easily. I liked the fit and style but would prefer it in another color. I liked that they have some classic pieces in crisp white. Ithey also had a nice selection in turquoise and in yellow. I'm going to have to stop in this store more often. The sales staff were warm and helpful but not a bit pushy. It's located just doors up from Soma. You will be glad that you stopped in.

I had a lot of fun walking around trying on different styles. There were a few great deals I found as well. Staff checked on us often, letting us know where dressing rooms were and if we needed other sizes. They are on the pricey end. However, you do pay for what you get and everything in the store was great quality. I left with a fantastic pair of boots that I can't wait to wear this coming Saturday!

First of all, they left their employees with NO air, for 3 weeks consecutively. When I tell you I'm NOT exaggerating. I live in Miramar Pkwy 20 minutes away from this store so I go there almost every weekend. For their luck, I went two saturdays consecutively, and I was surprised to find the air was still not fixed. The poor girls at the attire was so hot, and even then trying to maintain a good appearance for their clients. Miami is almost 110 degrees on a summer morning... that is not even humane.. it doesn't take 3 weeks to have an A/C fixed. Second of all, I bought a pair of shoes for $60 which I happened to like a lot. I have an office job 9-5 no activity nothing big... coffee spilled on the left shoes I said ok let me clean it .... NOPE the shoe literally melted OFF. Which is crazy. So I went to the store tried to have them help me since I had only bought them for a week??? which by the way I not only got ONE pair I bought 4 pairs from this store. And I usually always do when I shop there. The cashier for the day was very understanding and helpful she got her manager on the phone. But The manager who attended me was SO rude. So not understanding and careless about her business. She was NO help, so I said whatever I will just buy another pair. dumb me, a week in, in my office, I was simply walking to my desk and my shoe twisted off, and the whole right side broke off ???? They have some name brand retailers along with some lesser-known more boutique style stores. I really enjoy coming here on a Friday or Saturday night and listening to the music at Brimstone. The area is very walkable. Most drivers are courteous when you cross in front of them and they yield to you. In an Ideal World, I think Pembroke Gardens should have an automatic covering for when it is super hot or rainy. That is the downfall of this shopping mecca, several months of the year it is just not fun to come here because of the weather. Parking is another issue. I really wish they would build a parking garage because there is usually a problem finding a parking spot on the weekend. That just puts me and then annoyed state of mind when I'm going to a fun place. Definitely come to Pembroke Gardens when you want a fun and memorable they are night out.

This store has a huge clothing line seemingly sectioned by clothing colors. They do have nicely organized tables and racks of jewelry near the back of the store. A decent size fitting room too. I noticed several $9.99 and $14.99 clothing clearance racks toward the back left side of the store.
