The security guard is HILARIOUS. I've gone my whole life to this location and let me tell y'all that man is funny. I went with my friends a few weeks ago and as we were walking out he says "Look you dropped something" while pointing at the floor I look at where he's point and he pulls the sign on me. The best Ross to go to is the one on shepherd and 11th street in houston Texas. It has great customer service, clean and well it has more variety. read more

Always my go to place to place to find something last minute when needed. Sometimes it is a hit or miss depending on the location.

This isn't the best Ross location in the world. I think some of it has to do with the location. Although conveniently located off I-45 and Crosstimbers, this store is not very well kept up and orderly. I get it, my neighborhood isn't very glamorous, but it would be nice to go shopping where the store is clean and organized. Prices are just the same as any Ross. This location seriously has triple the amount of "loss prevention" staff than any other Ross I've ever seen. Apparently, shoplifting is a huge problem here. Granted, that's not the store's fault, but the fault of the dishonest, corrupt people who are slime and think it's ok to steal. I only mention it because if you're not from the area then you will be shocked to see how we shop in the hood. The staff is nice though. I've made purchases here and have had to return a few items. This has to be the worse fitting room ever. As a customer i would feel so disgusted if this was the only dressing room available, mind you, this is the first dressing room you see so they should at least have a little courtesy to keep it neat. Even the walls are stained. The least they could do was pick up the trash. Simply just not a clean environment. Also the hooks aren't even there so where exactly are you supposed to hang your clothes? Definitely not on the bench or floor. If i could give it no stars i would; so disgusted from this place will NEVER shop here again. read more

Asked the associate to use the rr for my 5yo, I was told the rr's are out of order. I asked where the staff go then? I wasnt even rude! But I legit thought my kid was about to pee herself!! The guy had the nerve to say they cant open the restroom cuz they dont have anyone to clean it?!? I was like wtf?!? Get your ass in there if you claim to be the manager on duty since apparently you are too scared to put another worker in there to clean up a rr!! He then suggested I take my kid next door, so I did and thankfully they had their store and restroom in order! So way to Marshalls!!!! This experience was just plain ghetto for a store chain like Ross! Smfh! read more

This location is decent although they do NOT open at 9. Maybe it depends on the person working but I usually get off at 8 and if I need to make a quick purchase I can be there around 9:05-9:10 and they won't open. Like other reviews have said it's not the best location. read more

ONE OF THE FEW ROSS LOCATIONS IN HOUSTON WITH staff that is nice. The prices are good. They have dressing rooms to try on things-up to 8 items at a time. Clothing /shoes/bags for men and women both. Also cologne, electronics, home goods, as well as more. read more

Oh, baby. I have no idea what took me so long to write this review as I was heated last Thursday night when I left. So, there's one chick at the dressing room that simply needs to be moved to a different area. EVERY time I come here, her attitude is horrible. I ended up not trying on my dress & had to come back. I really needed the dress for the following morning and the one I liked didn't match my shoes. So, I went to the shoe department to look for a pair to purchase to go with the dress. I find ONE... in my size...that I loved.....but it was just ONE shoe! I decide to look up and down all of the aisles (with the help of my mother) & we cannot find this shoe. We asked for assistance and the only thing she did was tell us that it hadn't been turned in to the front. The entire shoe department was in disarray and no one seemed to care at all but the entire store is the same way: shoes and clothes and other products just thrown about across the store. I understand that a lot of people come in and out but they are definitely going to lose sales from the lack of organization. Where the hell was that other shoe?!? The fact that no one working there was interested in assisting in locating it was really bothersome but not as much as the fact that the shoe section looked the way it did. It made me want to put in an application there just so I could clean it up and work my way up to manager and fire everybody there and hire new people with better customer service and organization skills. Who wants to apply for employment at a place for those reasons?!? Lmao. Seriously though, it was bad & I won't be back to this location, except to check and see if they've found that other shoe! read more
