I came today on the twenty third of May to return it. Please explain to me why I was chastised by the store manager Teresa for waiting ten days later. She even said I could have gone to any other Ross and taken care of this. Well I wanted to make sure it cleared my card and I still was in the thirty day return period. This isn't the first time I've seen this woman do this. She has done this with another customer when I was shopping there awhile back. So l told her I didn't have to come back when she thought it was convenient for her. My message to the corporate office is Undercover Boss needs to be done in these stores. Be careful who you put in management positions. Some people can let positions go to their head. This little vile and nasty looking woman is a poor representation of service for any business. You would think that since she works in retail she could dress like it. Corporate please do better with who you put out here torepresent your stores.

I always prefer TJ Maxx over Marshalls, even though that's under the same owner. It's nice to browse around and without getting bothered by anyone. To be…read morehonest, I think it has really gone downhill over the years, selection-wise and organization-wise. Nowadays, when I walk in, the sunglasses (a favorite purchase of mine) are nowhere to be found. I liked the sunglasses display when it was placed against the wall and it was easier to see the entire selection. Then, the sunglasses were moved to a vertical spinning display. And now, where exactly are the sunglasses?? Considering the fact I am also an accessories person, I found myself asking what's the deal with the wallet section? What happened to all the cool choices? Although I did like a couple of Anne Klein and Juicy Couture wallets, which I purchased recently, the other wallets were unremarkable and not on the level of past wallet options at this location. I do like the section with beauty items and soaps, but sometimes I've found the makeup is sometimes damaged by people who are eager to try the products. Clothing-wise, I think this location has been a disappointment lately, so I no longer care about looking for clothes here. So, what does that leave? The housewares section here is basic, but it is still possible to find something good - like picture frames, for example. And when you check out, sometimes the cashiers are really friendly and sometimes, you get a weird person with a subpar customer service disposition. I asked one cashier a question recently, and she answered. But she didn't answer my next question, and when I asked the same exact question again, she got an attitude. No Thank you! Improve this location, TJ Maxx folks, or I will be heading straight to Lazybrook/Timbergrove to visit the other TJ Maxx.

My dad also lived in Houston and we'd often do shopping or eating at the mall. My daughter (who is now 30) loved (& still does) skating at the ice rink during the holidays. It's a magically fun experience. The Galleria is always incredibly decorated for the holidays. I still get to Houston 1-2 times a year and always enjoy visiting The Galleria. The Galleria itself has not only the ice rink but office space, two hotels, lots of places to eat, and shopping. The retail offerings range from shops like H&M, Macy's, and Nordstrom to high-end luxury shops like Gucci & Chanel. We were there just a few months ago and it was just as fun and exciting as my first visit! Gang, there are so many stores here. Like crazy amounts (a few hundred). It's very large and easy to navigate and of course gets extremely busy during peak times. A must-visit for locals and tourists alike.

My friends and I…read moreare dedicated bargain shoppers, and despite our best efforts, the Houston Galleria wasn't giving up any deals. With only about an hour before leaving Houston, our shopping mission was more of a speed run than a leisurely browse. Even without scoring any purchases, the Houston Galleria remains an impressive destination. The moment you step inside, you experience bright lights, multiple levels of stores, and a steady stream of shoppers that create an energetic, bustling atmosphere. Beyond shopping, the mall offers entertainment options such as its iconic indoor ice-skating rink, making it easy to spend an entire day there. One of the Galleria's biggest strengths is its variety. Luxury retailers like Chanel and Louis Vuitton share space with more accessible brands such as Banana Republic and American Eagle, offering something for nearly every budget and style. Whether you're on a focused shopping mission or simply window-shopping, there's plenty to explore...even if, in our case, we left empty-handed. The dining options are equally diverse, ranging from food-court favorites to sit-down restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory and Shake Shack to Chic-fil-a. While we didn't find the bargains we were hoping for, our fast-and-furious shopping adventure was filled with laughter and great conversation, and the kind of fun that comes from spending time with good friends. Sometimes spending quality time with friends is the best find of all.

It's the holiday season. I got lucky on one of the Sundays. I walked into this Nordstrom Rack Store…read moreand heard on loud speakers about the $10 off coupon on that day only. I quickly pulled out the app and bingo! I found it and bought a shirt for $2.98 on that day. I came back today and hoping to strike another luck. Not necessarily the coupon but I had a good experience on the clearance rack at the other Nordstrom Rack in Westchase. But there weren't any thing for me at this Galleria store. Then, I went to the shoe clearance racks but there weren't any clearance shoes. Ok. I found a couple of shoes with special tags on the regular priced racks. Ugh. So unorganized. Back in the summer, it was my first time here after shopped at Westchase Nordstrom Rack and really liked the merchandise. I found a shirt with price tag from Kohls. After I pointed it out to the dressing room attendant, she found a Nordstrom tag to put on there. Then upon check out, the cashier tried so hard to sell me the store credit card. I told her politely as I needed to pay off my current credit card debt before I would apply for their credit card. She said "I'll be watching you next time you come in. You're going to apply for the credit card." I stopped going there during the day.

In the past, I would say shopping at Nordstrom Rack was always a good experience. I've been able to find gifts here and also items for myself. During previous shopping trips, the clothing and accessories selection was top notch. The Madewell earrings I purchased here were reasonably priced - like a real sale and good value. However, during my latest trip, I was actually unable to find any jewelry I liked and almost all of it was overpriced. The purses were also overpriced, and the main discounted items in that section were basically Steve Madden brand, which makes me laugh. I was able to find a beautiful scarf, but most of the other scarves I looked at were unremarkable. Hardly anyone else was in the accessories section aside from me. In fact, there were very few shoppers in the store on a Friday evening, which is a bad sign. In the past, this store would be crowded. In the shoes selection, there was no middle ground between heels/platform shoes and more sporty shoes. Hardly any flats! This is so odd and off to me, but maybe other people like it. Regarding clothing, I was able to find a cool brown shirt, but the way most clothing is organized in this store is counterintuitive and not helpful. The cashier did not greet me at all and had very little to say on the back end, so I just grabbed my bag and walked out. I doubt I would return to this location and have found shopping online or in person at the regular Nordstrom to be a much better experience.
