Each item has a price tag with the starting price, as well as dates and reduced prices at that date. So everything gets discounted as time goes on - I wish more shops did this ! It also means there's always good deals and consistent turnover. The ladies working here are extremely polite and welcoming too. Blanca and Janet are the best and have worked here for many years. The owners, Steven and Phillip, are also incredibly nice. Their entire range of items is posted online, with photos, dimensions, prices, etc. They also have a section for new items, in case you just want to check back now and then. Kudos to them for maintaining such an organized system. I am somewhat biased because we purchased our dream bookcase here. It's a beautiful piece and I've never seen anything like it. That being said, they had a fairly large selection of items, at all different price points. It's mostly furniture along with rugs and smaller home decor items. The service was friendly and helpful. It's a family business, in operation for 30 years. They have sales on occasion and were doing 30% on certain items to celebrate their 30-year anniversary. Our bookcase was one of those items. You can try to haggle but this is a consignment store so they are limited in how much they can adjust the price. They offer both pick-up and delivery. I believe that delivery was $89 per hour so it will vary depending on your item, address, building set-up, etc. The delivery guys were great. I wish they had wrapped the piece since it got a minor chip in transit but I was able to fix it. Not the guys' fault as it was a beast to move and didn't fit in the elevator. Easy parking in a large lot.

They were very professional and easy to deal with. Dropping off a large sofa and bookcase was much easier than when I have consigned furniture at other stores. They took great photos and quickly got them on their website. The sofa sold soon after for a price I was happy with. Next time I consign furniture it is going to be the first place I go to.
