The first place i head to in Ross is the shoe section. There were Soooo many gems in this Ross. But I still walked out empty handed because none of the shoes that I wanted could fit me . The prices were perfect. When i looked online for my size in said sneakers, the prices almost tripled and doubled on some. Also, I saw a lot of female sized sneakers on the men's side. Stockers should do a better job with that. read more

I have a major complaint I was in the Ross in key west Florida and checking out, I had security tags on a few of my things and the lady who was standing around looking pretty was like u need to bring them to me, I said why ur doing customer service u can take the items to remove. This older white woman who was standing at the door doing nothing was like is there a problem don't talk to our employees that way I was like what ignored her ignorance as she had no clue as to what I was talking about meanwhile as we check out and leave the older white woman makes laughing smerking remarks towards me and my sister as I am leaving. Is this customer service .. cause it's not... ur store was far from busy and ur basically paying people to stand around and look pretty all day what is the harm in actually doing customer service and not making the customer work when ur doing absolutely nothing. You don't believe me I know u go cameras so why don't u zoom in and watch .. so rude I will be putting a negative review on all social media platforms as this all was unacceptable behavior. read more

I am not a very successful Ross shopper, but this store seems to always have something to take home with me. I think since Miami is close by the selection of stuff at Ross Key West is superior to the other Ross stores I've been to. Let's not get carried away--it's still a Ross, but somehow you can always find something pretty here. You might have to dig for it, but at least the AC is on full blast. read more

This place was honestly really gross. I look at the shoes all of which were stained. Things were not in their proper place the store was just over all dirty. Having said that the staff were very nice and helpful. The store needs a major uplift and to make sure the merchandise is not something that is worse than what you would find at goodwill. read more

My wife and I shop at Ross alot. This is the first time we have shopped a Ross here in Key West. I had two horrible experiences in less than 10 minutes. The first was asking an employee if they had any other areas for bathing suits, since my wife could not find one she liked. The employee looked at me puzzled, and then said in Spanish "I don't understand. My English is limited." That's what I gathered from the very little Spanish I do understand. So I said it's ok. I then went to the rest room after a great lunch. Walked into a stall with a man in there. I excused myself and said "I'm sorry bro!" He said "it's cool.. The locks are all broken." Sure enough all the locks were broken. To the stalls!! So I went to seek some assistance. I approached another employee and asked her is she could help me. To my surprise, she didn't speak a lick of english as well!! Needless to say, I was done at this point. How can a brand such as Ross expect to have high customer service when you have very apparent gaps in your hiring practices and facility maintenance. read more

Ross... because you need clothes, but don't feel like going to Sears and wearing the same thing as everyone else... or because you don't want to have an entire wardrobe that is emblazoned with "Key West" on it. It's always busy at Ross, and the inventory is a crap shoot, but hit it just right, and Ross is a jackpot for good deals on things that you need. Like a plaid peacoat... or a furry trapper hat. Both of which I bought on my recent trip to Key West. The lines are crazy, so go earlier in the day, rather than around 2pm, but the key to a successful Ross visit? If you've been to a Ross store, you know what to expect...lots of bargain priced treasures mixed in with junk. The stores can be a bit of a mess (thanks in part to people like my sister and me, who pick items up, change our minds and then put them back in the wrong place), and the checkout lines are notoriously long and slow. This one is par for the course, but it always seems to be much more heavily stocked than the dozen or so Ross stores near my home. We spent several hours browsing and buying body wash, shoes, Himalayan pink salt, and beach chairs. I happened to encounter several employees that were unable to communicate with me (as other reviewers mentioned), but they all still did their best to be polite...and the young loss prevention gentleman at the front of the store was very friendly and helpful. I found the staff to be much more pleasant than many of the customers. read more

GREAT selection of home items! Now, let's talk about check out.... Second time I have been here in a few years and realize you cannot take cart (with large pole attached????) outside to car. Do you think any one of the 5 workers milling around that could also not wait on any of the 5 people in line behind me could be bothered??? This place totally SUCKS due to it's employes! Good God! Ross Store is my favorite store in Key West . Just about my entire work wardrobe come off the racks here . They stock accessories and great selection of top and outerwear . I recommended this store in the neighborhood. read more

Moved to key west thinking dang i dont have a marshalls or tjmaxx anymore and bam i went into ross and i was in heaven the prices are awesome the clothes are hit or miss but they have the cutest home things!! This was the first time I have been in a Ross store. My wife found some things she liked here. They have a limited Men's section, but seem to focus more on Women's clothes and home furnishings. The store is large and very nice. They have some good prices here also. read more
