First time visiting this Ross, and honestly -- it was a great experience. Everything, and I mean everything, had a tag. They clearly take theft prevention seriously here, and I'm not mad at that one bit. This store is huge -- probably the biggest Ross I've ever been in. The shelves were stocked, the aisles were organized, and even though the checkout line was long, it kept moving smoothly the whole time. Lawrenceville, you surprised me today! Went to Ross for a last-minute summer dress hunt, I have an event this weekend. And guess what? Self-checkout! Not much to say here. I stopped by because I had to make an exchange at another store and decided to browse the home furnishings section. I have to say, Ross store are always a Fu**ing disaster, but this store is the KING of fu**ing disastrous stores! How does TJ Maxx and HomeGoods manage to keep their stores more tidy than Ross??? Even Burlington Coat Factory does a better job! On this visit, I ended up purchasing a soap pump and a bathroom rug. What prompt me to do this review was the horrible customer service and an associate walking away from the registers when the line was overflowing with customers...What a total sleezeball lazy ass associate. Do yourself a favor and just QUIT! It was 8PM, and the line was long as hell, and the girl at register 4 decided to just leave and not return. There was 1 person for a line of about 15 transactions....I waited in line for about 30 minutes for 2 items. The poor guy behind me had his phone getting repaired at a stand in the mall and the only thing the associates at this good for nothing store could do is advise the mall gate is closing at 8PM and the store closes at 9PM. They made this guy leave outside the mall and come back in, only to wait AGAIN in line to buy 1 pair of shoes. How pathetic and lack of service! There were at least 4 other associates 1 hour before closing and they had 1 person on register whose only words were NEXT! Who hired these people? I saw what looked like a manager moving random objects around on a shelf trying to recover the mess but it appears the store is too out of control and has bad management from top to bottom. His appearance alone explains ALOT. Do yourself a favor and skip over this store! It's always a mess and the staff are a joke! This store is a perfect scenario of the hood providing low service to the hood, because they feel the people are hood, and won't say anything about it. Just shameful and insulting! read more

This Ross is definitely not a favorite of mine but I can find what I need. Although getting pass the messy aisles and disorganization can be a bit much to deal with. I'm not sure what that's about. It seems like they are well staffed at all times and being that it's so huge you would think they would take that part of the job seriously, it is lacking. Sometimes you can feel like you're shopping at a bargain hunt and the chase and race is on for the best man to find the goods. It shouldn't be that complicated. They could use some serious leadership and direction in that area to show customers that they are valued. Who want's to shop while stepping over clothing that's been dropped, or thrown on the floor, because that's what it looks like. There is really no excuse good enough for that. The staff is usually helpful and friendly which does help my shopping experience end on a good note. read more

Mass chaos. That's all I can say. From the merchandise being all over the place, to the shoppers wavering through the aisles, to the wait time to check out. Just being in the store and seeing the activity here deters me from wanting to shop. I was only here because the bro wanted to check out the merchandise. Then a dress caught my eye ... and boom ... I'm wanting to continue looking for more good deals. I would have just left after traversing this ridiculous crowd, but I really wanted to buy this dress for $10. It was a rare find as it was super formal enough that I can wear to work. Oh. There were lots of Calvin Klein apparel here if you're into this brand. But really. If you think the normal Ross was crazy enough, this location beats it. read more

I kinda like this store better. At least it has more selection but I wish the would hire someone to at least keep it tidy and organize. There's only one Ross that I know its clean and organize. Its the one in Las Vegas in (Charleston and fort apache) summerlin area. read more

There are definitely better locations than this one. The store is less messy during the week than on the weekend. On occasion you can find a good buy, but it's really hit or miss, usually more miss than hit. read more

This location is an absolute disgrace and the reason that Ross gets bad ratings. I'm usually a fan of Ross, the other location I shop at is great, but this one was a major let down. When I stopped by on my way home from work I had to use the restroom. Normally they would be next to the fitting rooms, but this was upstairs from the fitting rooms near some sort of employee area. I walk into the dirty bathroom and there is three stalls. In the first stall the toilet is clogged with toilet paper and god knows what else. The third one has feces all over the toilet seat and then finally the second one looked decent but I didn't touch anything in there. No soap to wash my hands and no paper towels. This is acceptable? It's obviously been that way for a while and nobody working there bothers to clean it up. Now I know the rating shouldn't be based solely on the bathroom, even though it did make we want to walk out and leave the store. I browsed around a while and manged to find one vase for my kitchen. The whole store was a disaster, most everything out of place, broken, or missing pieces. I checked out with my vase, the cashier didn't greet me or thank me for shopping there. Loss prevention stands at the doors and stares at you as if you're stealing something. Instead of paying someone to stand at a door and guard $5 merchandise, how about cleaning up the store and making it presentable? read more

MANAGERS: IF YOU DON'T RESPECT YOUR STORE, NO ONE ELSE WILL Yes, this store is as bad as its reviews. It is as if they have given up and just don't care. The store is just always in disarray, unclean and cluttered. Despite this fact, I still go in because I am always drawn to a bargain. With that said, I really never purchase here and it may be because it is so cluttered and messy that I just can't be bothered to go on a dumpster dive. Also, they don't always have the better selection and quality of clothing as their other stores. If you have registers at the front and back of the store, they should both be staffed so that customers are not inconvenienced. Bottom line: Management needs to step in and make some changes. This mall is really working hard to improve their overall environment and services to customers. This store just spits on that and is truly a great embarrassment. read more

Walked in and walked out after looking at the house hold items. This place is a mess!! To the point where I didn't even want to go past the home section. Rather spend my $$ in nearby Burlington Coat Factory which is in Sugarloaf as well. This is by far the worst Ross I have ever been to. Their manager needs to get a grip on that place, it's a shame and their district manager should feel horrible. read more
