This location has a lot of stuff for your home that you can find elsewhere. However, sales prices are good. The selection here is larger than the Buford store or maybe the way it's laid out seems so. Anyway, on this particular day the service was outrageous! The clerk and the manager argued with me over a bag of pretzels that were in the " clearance " section for 50% off. Their contention was that someone put it there but there was more than 5 bags there with the red sticker. I held my ground and made a scene to the embarrassment of my wife. I walked away but why run a sore so lax as not to know where your inventory is and how much? The manager stood up for her employee so I left it at that. I will not be back to this hidden location again! Do yourself a favor save your gas and go elsewhere. read more

Rug delivery & Norcross store - false advertising and terrible customer service. They say $10 same day delivery. Bought and paid a lot of money for 2 rugs in store on Friday. Purchased the same day delivery. No same delivery happened. Spent all day on Saturday back and forth with store and customer service talking in circles. Store said it'd be delivered by noon today. Wasn't. Customer service said it would be delivered by 5:30p today. Wasn't. It's now 8pm on Saturday, still no delivery. They have wasted so much of my time and keep saying "it's a 3rd party delivery company" ... guess what, not my problem. When you say clearly "$10 same day delivery on all rugs" that is what a customer deserves and expects. But even if they were delivered next day, I told them that was fine. But waiting this long with still no delivery window, 3rd party or not, is unacceptable. I loved this store, now I will no longer shop there. Additionally the store manager is terrible at her job as I waited for more 30 minutes at the register just to purchase the rugs and schedule the delivery in the first place. Ending with me calling the store back again tonight after customer service told me to call the store manager back and told me what to say. I did and tried to ask exactly what customer service told me to ask. Store manager got mad at me and said she can't refund my money unless I drive all the way back to the store. The mega store of decorative stuff. This is another one of those "stuff" stores that carries a lot of different "stuff" However I'm not sure if it is just me or what but the prices on their stuff seem to have gone up quite a bit?! They do carry more furniture type "stuff" then some of the other "stuff" places. We needed some bar stools and they did have what we were looking for. They matched our kitchen table almost perfectly. Don't come here needing help with anything though. There is just no one to be found other then at the front. Self service all the way. Give yourself some time in here too... it is a big place with lots to go through! It is a great spot to find those household decor items that you need: pictures, furniture, Nick nacks, pots, clocks, candles, pillows, etc... if they don't have it... Not sure how they stay in business. Looking for several items to stage a home for sale, I thought this might be a good resource. Unfortunately despite the vast store size, I went home empty handed. As other reviews noted, almost everything seemed too expensive for the quality. Prices seem generally similar to Target or Walmart's non-sale prices, and a little MORE expensive than Homegoods or Marshalls/TJ Max. But lots of the merchandise looks and feels cheaper than those places. Signs said to look for clearance items, but I found virtually none, except one aisle that looked like the picked over remains of a garage sale. Not a pleasant shopping environment either. The store is kind of dark and dingy, and many aisles were in disarray or half empty. One strength is a huge selection of rugs and accent furniture for at least tolerable prices. For that you might want to check it out, or if you live near by. Otherwise I would say not worth a drive. read more

Garden Ridge...Now New name~ At Home has been a favorite of mine for some years. This store is huge similiar to a big warehouse with many decor pieces. You can mix&match patio furniture, or buy a area rug for any room in your home. What I love to come shop for are vases/urns/kitchen gadgets and scrubs for work. You can even find some artificial plants that look so real they have fooled me a few times. (I had to rub the leaves) :) If you enjoy putting together floral arrangements, wreaths for fall or to make a gift you will have a wide selection to choose from. The art work and wall pictures here are very reasonable they have many sizes and different kinds to fit your decor ideas! As a woman like myself who loves to decorate, stores like Home goods, Kirklands just to name a few make me excited to go to!! (Like home depot for guys) After Searching for bargains and going to the register to find its even discounted lower than the sticker price!!! Makes me a happy shopper. read more

I been eyeballing this place for years from the expressway. Now!!!! This store took over Garden Ridge. Back in the day I used to work for them and I LOVED THAT STORE. And I was highly disappointed with the closing of all the stores. It was a delight to notice another home and garden store came in it's place. But! When driving in the parking lot I thought I was in the Sahara desert. I was like a ghost town!!! There was only about four other cars in the parking lot. And once I enter and walked around I realize the vehicles was the employees. Now! The inventory doesn't compare too the old Garden Ridge. Some things inside was a little mediocre.....but will still serve it's purpose for your decor style. I can say I will return, but I'm sure this won't be my last stop in my search for nice home improvement items. read more

I have been here several times and I am very impressed with their selection of silk plants and trees, decorative pillows, and decor in general. They also have larger furniture pieces like sofas and dining tables. In my opinion the pricing is on the high side. Also, I feel like they need more coupons and sales to offset that high pricing. They have many signs that tell the customer to look for the clearance stickers or signs, but I have had a hard time finding these items. When I have come across such items, I have had to balk at what is considered clearance pricing. Again, the place is huge, so you will hunt for a staff member if you need help with something. There have not been many employees there when I have gone, but maybe a few more would be helpful as some of the isles were in noticeable disarray. Still, it's good to know that there is a place you can go when you need something for your home and you can get a good variety in whatever freakin color and style you want it in. read more

However, the manager Tee and the director of the store Mel, went above and beyond to help me get my return processed and my money back. Kudos two these amazing people. We drove out to this At Home after being disappointed at Home Goods, Georgia furniture mart, rooms to go and several other small patio furniture places. We walked in not expecting to find the perfect set and we did! And we found some loungers at a pretty great sale price. This store is really great, the product offering is extensive and it's very clean, even the restroom. I had a great experience with the staff, Mary, Melinda, Renee and one other young woman helped with finding some items that we saw online but couldn't find on the floor. Since moving to Atlanta I began looking for an affordable store to furnish my apartment. I drove past At Home a numerous times, so when I seen this I saw the store during my free time I decided to stop in. Before I walked in the store I underestimated the size of the store. The store is absolutely enormous inside. I've never seen anything like this before. There is pretty much anything you would want for your home or office. There's everything from furniture, photos, decorations, bathroom decor, the possibilities are endlist. As I continued navigating the store I became overwhelmed, due to the initial shock of the store and possibilities. But I also want to note that if you aren't particularly found of various smells you may want to limit your stay. Because after 45 minutes my head began to hurt because the air fresheners were very strong. However if you like great prices this can be overlooked. Overall this store deserves an A. It's large, prices are excellent, great organization, the variety of home items is thrilling, and there is military discount for families that serve. Pitfalls, the aromas are quiet pungent and slightly overwhelming and the store requires extensive time to thoroughly go through the store. read more

The chain has grown to 65+ stores in over 21 states. Although the space is organized, it always feels a bit like an abandoned, but well-stocked warehouse to me with the occasional sighting of an employee or customer. The atmosphere is less than cozy, but if you're in search of anything from holiday decor, chairs, plant stands, and pottery to textiles, mirrors, wall art, lamps and more - check this place out before you drop more $$ on similar items from Pottery Barn or Pier One. read more

This place has everything, and I mean everything you don't need. I came looking for gnome ornaments and found tons of other interesting things, some of which I have documented here with my lovely photos. They have furniture, home decor, garden accessories, kitchenwares, and rows and rows of scrubs and orthopedic clogs. That really confused me. I shop here a couple of times a year and usually will find a good deal. The store is clean even though I usually see drinks left on the shelves. When I check out the cashier is friendly. Most people would agree that customer service is everything. No matter how good the shopping experience is waiting long in the checkout can ruin the whole experience. I stood in the checkout today with several other people, it took way to long to check out one customer you had about ten items. The manager came up front, answered a question and walk away. The guy behind me made a comment about bad service and decided to take his business somewhere else. I fire he had about $100.00 worth of stuff. I held out but I was only paying about $15.00 for something I really don't need but had invested to much time in. I know this this review will change a thing because they won't go bankrupt over it but I will think twice next time. Coco affects business so going the extra mile with customer service might not be a bad idea if you business is hurting. read more

This place is truly awesome! I feel like the location is in a bad spot because it's so hidden. I believe this store would receive way more customers if they were in a better location where they can be seen. However, you can get just about anything home related here. I went specifically shopping for comforters and they had a clearance on comforters so I came at the right time! I was also looking for bath items and the selection is not that great but I can't wait to go back for other home decor items. Furniture can be the same or higher than other discount home stores but their decorations such as pillows, vases, and artwork are well-priced (e.g. $30-40 for a large-sized painting!). The location is a bit far from Atlanta/ Decatur but the highway access lessens the difficulty of the trip. This place used to be Garden Ridge, and although they are now operating under a new name and new website, it was basically the same stuff that they were selling when they were the orange and green building. The store is a very huge warehouse structure, similar to Sams and Costco. When I arrived in the evening earlier this week there was barely anyone there. Most of the employees were either hiding or just not around. Most of the things were grouped in similar aisles, but within each aisle and shelf it was more like a rummage sale. There were many shelves and aisles that were empty simply because the inventory could be held in a space 1/3 of their current store. Many things were lacking price tags. Sections in the store included "seasonal" (at this time they had patio chairs and pool loungers); frames & pictures, houseware, florals, furniture and lamps. In terms of items; it's more like a bed, bath and beyond. Some things were cheaper to get from Walmart or Amazon. Many items had a layer of dust on them; but if you had time, you could actually find some great pieces if you are willing to dig deep into each shelf. There is also a clearance area with tons of pictures, canvases and comforter sets at a discount. Note, there is also a leak in the roof here and water was dripping on some pictures. read more

The positives of this store is the selection and quality of goods they have. But in my opinion a lot of things they have are overpriced.

Both Elizabeth C. and Lauren S. were spot-on in their reviews: on the one hand, Garden Ridge has "redline" deals that can be very cheap (50% off marked price), but on the other hand, items here are similarly priced and the same or lesser quality than items at Target, Home Depot, etc. Also, they do have a great selection of pretty much everything they carry. They probably have a hundred patterns of deck chair and lounge cushions. My partner said to check out Garden Ridge for discount pottery after a trip to Home Depot. I walked around Garden Ridge for about an hour, and prices were actually slightly higher than THD's for plastic and terra cotta planters. I looked around but couldn't find any pots on redline discount, and no employee was around to ask, and so I went back to Home Depot. One last beef--although if you have a disabled placard, perhaps a plus: they have an overabundance of disabled parking spots considering the size of their parking lot. Probably 20 spots out of 200.
