The customer service is always excellent, and you can always find something, especially if you're in need of a gift for someone. Prices range from high-end items to fun finds below $20. I love the Mudpie, Brighton, Royal Standard, and fun Louisianan items (my NOLA-raised self definitely appreciates them). I bought a Louisiana-themed tea towel, and an associate offered to hold it at the register until checkout. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name, but she was so incredibly helpful. The reason I'm removing a star is because when we first entered the store, despite being greeted, we were heavily watched and followed while we browsed Tyler Candle and Mackenzie Childs products. I own several items from both companies, yet when we got in the car, my mom remarked how uncomfortable it made her feel. I absolutely agree. I realize they've probably had theft issues, especially with the close proximity to the freeway, and I know Mackenzie Childs products are a pretty penny (as well as fragile), but glaring at customers and staying within a few feet of them the entire time they're browsing products is a bit overboard. Fortunately, as we continued through the store, the micromanagement died way down. I would have been more at ease if I could have freely shopped the entry area, and my mom probably would have bought something. The customer service and vast selection are 1000% worth the four stars.

I was here yesterday and bought some pleasant wax melts and scents that were incredible. I'm not…read moresure if what happened was profiling or anything like that but I felt uncomfortable with the way me and my boyfriend were being followed around the store. I understand if maybe this place has a lot of shoplifters but I felt as if this was too much. Again, great products and I love the unique items this place has but if it wasn't for being followed to the point even my boyfriend was uncomfortable I would come back again. I almost walked out honestly without buying anything, and I kept feeling like maybe this was because of my skin color or because of our age group that we are in. Do better please.. I came to spend money not steal and would like to be treated as such.

Parking lot is clean and is poured concrete. It was 97 degrees out and the white concrete was cool compared to black top. The inside was cool also. Nice, clean, big, well lit, organized and cool this is the nicest Hobby Lobby I've ever been to!!!

Absolutely shocked that the sales lady allowed a damaged item to be sold and given as a gift. Today, Saturday at 3:30 went to their store after calling multiple times which was unanswered to return. Door signage posted a 2:00 closing, but internet shows a 4:00 closing time. Nor, does their line have a voice mail. Very unhappy will never purchase another item without looking at it. Hostess will need to return item. Can't believe based on the 3 photos the store finds it acceptable to display and sell. Thought the store had higher standards.

After asking multiple times I was told I would have to order it online to get it for that price. The item that me and the associates were all standing there touching. So I do, the order gets cancelled twice when I order online and of course no one understands how that could happen. They tell me they can not figure out how to sell me the item. I then stepped outside to try to see why the online order was cancelled and they closed the store 15 minutes early and ignored me. Will not be returning
