    Love this store ! Only been shopping here for the last six weeks since I am new to this area. But I found quite a few ideas at a great price. The only thing that I don't like is the never anyone to assist you on the floor and always a line to check out with one cashier.

    On April 29, 2016, I visited the Ashley Furniture location in Humble looking for an over-sized…read morechair. I was greeted by several Ashley Furniture associates with a warm welcome. Patsy was my sales associate and she was a very nice lady. She showed me several chairs but the one that I selected was the Exhiliration over-sized power recliner. I sent my husband a pic of the chair and he stopped by the store to sit in this chair to ensure that it would be comfortable and big enough for him since he's 6'4" tall. He agreed that it was comfortable and would compliment our bedroom. I inquired about the motor that operates the recliner and Patsy mentioned that if it needed to be replaced, all I would need to do was call Customer Care and that the process was easy to replace it if it ever needed. I told her that I wanted this chair but I declined the protection plan that she recommended. I also found a media cabinet that I wanted as well. My visit was productive and I felt good about the purchase when I left the store. On May 9th, the delivery came to our home and to our disappointment, the recliner wasn't the one that I selected in the store. They delivered a manual recliner instead of the power recliner that we both liked and sat in in their showroom. We declined the delivery of this chair since it's not what we selected. When I called Ashley Furniture to find out how this mistake happened and when the chair that I actually picked in their store would be delivered to me. The response from Patsy, the sales associate was, "You told me you were concerned about the motor going out on the power recliner." What I'm trying to understand is how my asking a "WHAT IF" question turned into my being written up and delivered a chair that I never selected. I simply asked how I would go about getting it replaced IF it ever went out. She took that to mean that I didn't want it and made an executive decision on her own to put me down for the manual recliner. Ashley Furniture told me that I should receive a phone call by May 11th (once the recliner that we declined shows to be back in their inventory in their warehouse). When they call me, they will arrange for delivery of the chair that I actually selected and include the price difference of the chair in my billing. On the other hand, I had no issue with the media cabinet....it is beautiful and it is exactly what I selected in the store. I'll update this review after my chair is delivered. I visited the store on May 11th to sign for the difference in price and was met by a gentleman named LA. He took great care of me and explained to the billing associates what they needed to do. I appreciate the care and concern that he showed. I'm happy to report that the chair that I wanted was finally delivered to me on May 14th. I also received a phone call from the store manager on May 13th to see if my issue had been resolved when I made my 2nd trip to the store to sort out the matter. He was gracious and apologized for the sales person that made the error in judgement and was attentive to my feedback.

I came in looking for a bed and found one, everything was great at first and so was she. She really had me fooled. Anyways I tell her im not ready for the furniture and she says okay you can schedule it whenever, just fyi the rails might take awhile, and I understand. The time comes where i'm ready to receive my furniture and schedule a delivery date for my dresser (mind you im still aware that my bed might take awhile due to the rails). I get my dresser, it looks great but I still need my bed so I ask nunu for a status update, eta. No response, at first I let it slide, maybe shes busy, she does have other responsibilities to tend to. However a couple days went by STILL NO RESPONSE. Look NUNU i get being busy but that does not excuse the lack of communication. I probably would've understood if she texted me saying hey im pretty busy right now i'll get back to you soon, but NOTHING. Whatever i call customer service to get an answer from them and they say 8 weeks. The hell?!?! what kind of bed takes damn near 2 months to get here, so i text nunu again to get more info because the guy on the phone didn't help at all but guess what, she didn't respond again. At this point i'm pissed at nunus unprofessionalism but just end up waiting it out because I wanted my bed. Fast forward a couple weeks (about 3) and I can schedule my delivery! Everything starts looking up I almost forgot that my sales associate ghosted me!!! My delivery day came up and the delivery men came to my home asking where the queen bed I ordered was going, I told them where and then they asked me where the I wanted the king bed. HELLO??? i never asked for a fking king bed nunu and u know this. So know im pissed again, HOW DOES ONE ACCIDENTALLY ORDER ANOTHER BED. I call ashleys and lo and behold nunu nassor had almost charged me for 2 beds!! Luckily I sent the bed back and was told that I wasn't going to get charged. Unfortunately I'm still figuring it out though, I dont know what i'm getting charged for and am paranoid that I got scammed all thanks to NUNU NASSOR. Everything is all overwhelming for me now because she wanted a little more commission I assume. Thank you Nunu for making me never want to shop with you or Ashley's again! Moral of the story whoever made it this far, DON'T go to Ashley Furniture for any of your furniture needs, but if you have you AVOID NUNUU NASSOR AT ALL COSTS

    Where is the no star option?!?!?! I ordered a refrigerator on November-12-2022. We had to special…read moreorder it in the black , no finger print model which was going to take till December-4-2022. That's a long time when the freezer in the old fridge has gone out. However we limped through to get the one we really wanted since it had to be special ordered. DELIVERY DAY TODAY .... WE MOVE THE REFRIGERATOR OUT AND GET READY FOR THE NEW ONE!!!!!!!! 12/04/22 fridge shows up..... it's not even the same fridge we were looking at no screen and it's not even black. Absolutely nothing was correct about it. Called Conns they're only resolution was to special order the right one and this time and wait another 3 weeks Come on!!! I'm a loyal customer with them for 10+ years paying off multiple appliances and electronics! Their loyalty isn't reciprocated, their customer support is a joke! I'm writing this review in hopes that someone at a higher level at Conns will contact me and make this right! I'm mind blown they sent a refrigerator that was no where near the same one I picked out. It's baffling!

    Bought a floor model fridge. It was delivered 3 hours late at 11pm with the retail settings on it…read more The compressor wouldn't turn on without taking it out of that mode. Reached out to the only person we had contact information for, sales guy Kyle. Kyle acted as if a nonfictional refrigerator was no big deal. We went to the store this morning to have this fixed. Sales managers were extremely helpful and helped us resolve our problem. Let's talk about the delivery. We waited all day for delivery we decided to not let them push it to the next day. We were given the excuse that they had so much to deliver elsewhere. We live 4 miles from the store and had 1 thing. Why do we need to be concerned with them providing better service to other people. The delivery guys damaged the molding around the door. They left dirty finger prints on the door. One of them was banging on the plug to get it in the outlet. The delivery manager who happens to be the dispatcher too was extremely dismissive of our complaints. I will be contacting corporate. __________________ Update: spoke with a customer service rep that contacted me from this review. She was very nice and gave us a satisfactory resolution. Between her and the sales manager. I feel like this has been resolved. I changed my rating to 3 stars because of the response from management and corporate. Kyle and when warehouse still suck. ---------------- Update (again) 2 months go by and the account wasn't set up. Customer service reps calling and saying we're late on payment when we have an agreement that we start paying in December. Can't pay the bill because THERES NO ACCOUNT NUMBER. This is getting annoying
