I attempted to exchange a dress that I bought my aunt for Mothers Day. When I found the correct size, I was checked out by an associate that was not helpful. She stated that I had to have the same method of payment for my exchange, the receipt and she could not look up my purchase. I informed her that previously, associates were able to assist. Slightly frustrated, I proceeded to pay for the other dress and hopes that I would find the receipt when I got home. On my way out of the store Ghita in a high spirited voice stated, "thank you for coming, I hope you have a great night". Something told me to ask for assistance and as I stated, she was able to find my purchased and refunded me with a gift card. The smallest interaction can really make for a different outcome if you just attempt to dig a little deeper, or go the extra mile sometimes. The previous associate didn't ask for manager, co worker or anything to confirm, but gladly took my method of payment. Ghita, just know. Shoppers like me, truly appreciate great customer service when everyone is choosing to shop online and have less interaction with people/human beings due to the potential lack of customer service. 10/10 Definitely recommend

My only issue was the last time I came in I asked someone where they moved the cardigans and she pointed across the store and said "by the dresses". They weren't by the dresses so I wandered around looking for a bit until I finally found them. The other issue is the line...they have 2 registers and about 10 employees and only 1 girl really ringing. There wasn't a sense of urgency in getting the line down at all. I've worked retail all my life so I know stuff happens, but when you constantly see employees casually walking around and a long line has formed they should help the cashier out.
