What can you say about a Ross store? This was our first time popping in here, as we had actually went to a planned visit to a neighboring business. It is not a huge Ross (inventory-wise), but has the standard aisles of clothing, housewares, etc. We ended up leaving with a few items, as there are usually good deals. The gal checking us out was friendly enough and efficient. We might swing in here again in the future and/or try the one literally acroos the street (go figure). read more

Today I had an actual list on what I wanted to get at Ross. I did need some new micro pigmented markers and I did see some Artisanal ones for around three dollars, I also grabbed some liquid chalk markers for a project I have at home which is good. And then it last but not least I grabbed some room spray I really liked the scent lily of the valley I thought this would be perfect after we've had company I can spray the couch and the rug. The ladies here are nice. They're mostly just at the checkout area where you check out however the security guy at the front always says good morning. This is the Ross up cross the street from the dollar tree and the Ulta it is next to five below in total Wine. Oh I personally like this Ross a little bit more than the run across the street because the one across the street is sometimes over picked by tourist and this one is always clean. 10/10 Definitely recommend read more

This is your typical Ross Dress for Less. Sort of the unrelated but lookalike cousin of TJ Maxx, this store had a number of affordable designer brands that are from past seasons, so they're now at even more affordable prices. Racks seem to be slightly chaotic, but they are mostly grouped by category and age. The dressing room had oddly dim lighting, so you had to step outside of your changing vestibule in order to view it in the light. When I got to the counter, the clerk kept mumbling how she couldn't wait to get over the last hour, as she was, " done with this job." This was my next stop in the search for what I was looking for and there wasn't very hopeful. We were greeted upon entering and I asked what section I might look for what I needed and we were directed to the one front corner of the store. Once again we surged and could not find what I was looking for but my companion found an item they could use. We ended up wandering through the store and off in the back I actually found what I was looking for on a shelf with a whole bunch of open items and just scattered merchandise. Thankfully it had a tag on it and I was able to make my purchase easily. It seems the only time I usually go into these stores is because somebody else wants to shop and then but for once I actually got lucky and found something that was useful for me. Although the section I found it in was a complete mess the employees were helpful and friendly. read more

If I could give a zero, I would. After purchasing my two items today 7/10, I'm walking towards the door. A Hispanic lady stops me and I showed my receipt, she then asked me to open my bag so she could see the two small items I purchased. While standing in line I saw her checking receipts but not once did she ask to look in other customers bags. I called the store to complain and another Hispanic lady answered the phone and said she was the manager named Jennifer. As I started to complain what happened and how they should train the people they hire better. She hung up in my face. I have never been treated with so much disrespect as I shop there all the time but this was the first time experiencing such ghetto customer service. read more

Decently sized Ross location. The biggest problem with this one is that it has way too much merchandise and the aisles are extremely cluttered. Even their own carts barely fit through each of the aisle ways and you have to maneuver to get around other people. If you meet somebody coming down the aisle one of you is going to have to back out in order to get through. Customer service was just eh. The register attendant checked us out but wasn't very friendly. She was efficient though so not the end of the world. The parking lot is huge and has plenty of spots you shouldn't have any trouble finding one. Just be careful to watch out for the tourist ann other drivers who are coming through at full speed despite the fact that there are people walking everywhere. Going to a Ross is rarely a pleasant experience. But this particular location, being located in a nice neighborhood, and having my visits occurred in the early hours of the morning, was well above other similar stores I've been to. This store did felt smaller than other Rosses, but, in my two visits to this store, it was not crowded at all and merchandise was actually neatly organized. This store also felt somewhat new and well kept. And the most surprising thing, the staff was actually pretty friendly. Fastest checkout I've ever seen on a Ross. Not sure about buying clothes here, but if you are in the area and need some cheap luggage, or maybe have some time to browse around the house ware section to see if there is any nice deal, this store is not a bad option. read more

As A Visitor To Orlando: I always dread going in these stores. They're so common in Florida and Arizona, but I went in with hopes to find something special for the warmer weather. Much to my dismay it was unkempt and unorganized that I almost walked right back out but had to use the bathroom (which was dirty also). This gets two stars instead of one because the woman working the front door was really nice. Out of all the stores I shopped at this morning, this is the only one that asked me to leave my drink "outside" while shopping. It was a coffee. When shopping and browsing, I like to enjoy my morning coffee as well. Other stores seem to know this because they don't have a ludicrous rule. I won't be coming back again. read more

I like Ross, they have good deals and lots of them. This isn't a normal Ross, this is the hood. Every corner of the store was decorated with employees gossiping about each other, chit chatting about just how much they hated their jobs, how low their pay is ($8.50/hr) or how coffee gives them the runs (thank you). Professionalism isn't a word in any of these people's vocabulary, It seems like they just hire absolutely anyone with not a single day of training. The store is a disaster, I guess the employees are too busy gossiping to clean up. Next time I want a good deal, I'll go to the Marshall's across the street read more

I was super excited for this Ross location to open but was kind of disappointed when I went yesterday. It was surprisingly very busy for a Monday afternoon. Most of the shoppers were tourists but I was still surprised for the time of day. Maybe it's because they just opened and are still getting inventory? Maybe the store is smaller? I don't know but I'll definitely go back because I love bargain shopping. The shoes and home decor areas were lacking items that I'm used to seeing at similar stores. The women's shoes area/shelving was very small compared to most Ross stores. Despite this, I did see some heels I liked and even found a pair of cute summer sandals which I ended up buying. The home decor section was very bare. There were just a handful of items here and there on each shelf. The women's clothing, however, was well stocked. I walked through the dress aisles and was actually too overwhelmed to look. These particular aisles were very narrow and not wide enough for carts and people to walk through. Hopefully things will change and get better within the next few days and weeks! read more

Very rude assistants work here.Nereyada was treating me very bad-she opened a restroom like she was doing me a favor. Than when I went to the fitting room 30 min before closing, she said 'you had to wait till the last minute, right?' When I was getting out from there, she said 'where is the hangers? You had to bring it here!' I don't have to do anything, I'm a customer. I think she doesn't know how to treat people and do her job! Very very disappointed!! Each time I visit this Ross, the lines are always 15 people long with 1-2 cashiers although there's 8 registers. Sounds like Walmart. Today was no exception. One cashier was tied up with a customer due to a card declining and the other was left to help 15 awaiting customer. All while Mauricio who appeared to be the front-end manager placed cash in the other registers. When the productive cashier asked for pennies, his reply was "You need it now?". DUH, yes she needs is now. Ever that was waiting mumbled complaints. The ladies in the fitting room possibly could've assisted as they weren't busy when I passed. Loss prevention wasn't doing much preventing and the store was a complete mess. I will not shop at this store again. TJ Maxx and Marshall's are wayyy more organized. read more

Generously sized Ross One of my favorite stores in general..I always find something when I go, though I can understand it would be hit or miss for some. It's always good for things like yoga pants or workout clothes that you don't need to pay to dollar for. .. (but you still get the quality.. name brand but maybe last season) In addition to getting brand name clothes on the cheap, they have housewares, shoes, accessories, kitchen items. .. you name it. This Ross is awful. I only have it 2 stars bc I bought a contour kit for $3 bc the box had a tear. This store is Small, clustered and way too full of too many tourists letting their children run around. Absolutely no customer help. Way too much inventory of things that have nothing to do with one another. Not enough home good items, not enough bathroom items like soap scrub etc. You definitely cant decorate a room only shopping here. Just a messy disaster. I won't be coming back read more
