We didn't realize there was a store in Orlando Florida near the Millennium Mall so we called them to see if they had one in stock and at the same price. Since I had to go into Orlando today for a business lunch I decided to call. The woman who answered the phone said she would check to confirm they had one available and also said she would gladly hold it for me. The store was easy to find and when I went inside I saw many nice things including one of the elephant banks on display. It actually was nicer than I expected. As promised they had one at the counter waiting for me in a beautiful gift box and after I purchased it they put it in a fancy bag so the box wouldn't get damaged. They also gave me the 20% discount that was available online for first buyers. I was very happy with my purchase and very happy with the customer service and may return to get another Elephant Bank for my other grandson.

Prices are usually high for what they have, but if you're looking for something different, it's definitely worth a stop, but it's not someplace you can keep going to over and over unless you don't mind the lack of product changes. Service is lacking and if you do need help, it can be troublesome to get some. I think I bought a gift here a while back and it wasn't an easy process to get the gift and check out. Maybe they have a catalog or something, but I don't see myself going back in here too often. Maybe they think they're too modern and don't need to update that often.

The store is absolutely impeccable--spotless, beautifully laid out, and incredibly well organized. Every section is thoughtfully arranged, making it not only easy to find what you need, but genuinely enjoyable to browse. It's the kind of place where you walk in for one item and leave inspired to transform your entire home. The staff truly elevate the experience. They are courteous, patient, and genuinely attentive without ever being pushy. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and their knowledge makes a difference. Whether you have a specific project in mind or you're just exploring ideas, they guide you in a way that feels helpful and effortless. What I loved most is how inspiring the store is. It's not just about storage--it's about creating a more organized, functional, and peaceful environment. I found myself discovering so many smart solutions for both home and on-the-go organization that I hadn't even thought of before. On top of that, the entire experience is just easy. There's plenty of convenient parking, which makes getting in and out stress-free. Even the restrooms are spotless and well-maintained--something that really reflects the overall attention to detail and high standards of the store. Their exchange and return policy is another huge plus--simple, hassle-free, and customer-friendly, which gives you confidence when trying new products. This is more than just a retail store--it's an experience. Between the fantastic service, the immaculate environment, and the endless inspiration, it's quickly becoming one of my favorite places to shop. I'll definitely be back again and again.

Even when I'm just "window shopping " it's inspiring just to walk through to get decor ideas. At this location the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help with product questions, shipping, or even design advice. They really strike a great balance between modern, trendy pieces and timeless classics, so you can find something for any style. I would say that although the quality of the furniture and decor feels solid it leans to the pricey side. I have two sofas from here and I can't say it was worth the investment for full price. However, you can almost always find really good deals on floor models and in the clearance area.

They would not allow me to escalate my call with any management they simply repeated their 30 day policy. Not what I expect from a higher end product line.

A Walk Through IKEA: A Test of Stamina, Direction, and Job Flexibility…read more January 10, 2026 My first serious trip to IKEA made me realize that this is not just a furniture store. It's a carefully designed one-way journey. The layout is extremely thoughtful--so thoughtful that it's almost impossible to visit just one section. Whether you're there to buy a single mug or simply "have a look," you will be guided through the entire store. I managed to do even better than that. I got lost. Not only did I get lost, I walked part of it twice. The most important detail: I was wearing four-inch stilettos. In IKEA, those are not shoes. They're a personal challenge. After what felt like a full hike, I finally reached the exit and thought I was done. That's when the real test began - checkout. Most stores at least give you options: self-checkout or cashier-assisted checkout. IKEA is very decisive. Self-checkout only. So there I was, scanning items, bagging them myself, slowly realizing I had taken on a new role. The screen even politely asked: "Are you a member?" I couldn't help laughing. I had just become a temporary cashier, without an employee discount, and without a paycheck. And then came the final surprise. At the exit - nothing. At Costco, for example, there's always someone checking receipts. At IKEA, the exit is completely empty. For a moment, you might think this reflects IKEA's deep trust in its customers. Then another thought occurs to you: maybe they also saved the salary of that employee. By the end of this IKEA trip, I had completed: a full-store walk, a detour with repetition, a high-heel endurance test, a self-checkout internship, and a quiet reflection on trust and cost control. Next time, I'll wear flat shoes. As for the salary and staff discount - I won't get my hopes up. I spent $53.69 in total that day. $29.95 went to pear-flavored sparkling water. Which means over half of my IKEA budget was... hydration. IKEA: where your legs get a workout, your patience is tested, and your self-checkout skills improve... all in one visit. I guess I overestimated my ability to wear high heels. I may have slightly overestimated my high-heel endurance. In hindsight, I clearly overestimated my ability to survive IKEA in high heels. I confidently assumed I could handle high heels at IKEA. I was wrong.

The food court has lots of options for good food, fast and not so fast too. Plenty of parking even though it can get crowded. I usually go there when I need to get a specific item. The place itself is clean, I liked that they're not the usually kiosks or sales people trying to sell you things, that's a plus for me when it comes to choosing a mall. I have some places that I like to go there for food, like the Cheesecake Factory and PF Changs. My daughter likes that there's a Claire's, and all the other Claire's around that we know are now closed. They have unique places when it comes to luxury brands, plenty of parking, but in peak season time can get difficult to find a parking close to the entrance. I go sometimes, and meet friends since it's near the touristic/universal studios area. They also have a big Apple store, that occasionally visit.
