I have been shopping at this Marshall's location for as long as they have been there. They have…read morebeen through highs, lows and now highs. Before COVID everything was perfect. They had lots of inventory. The cosmetics section, stationery, seasonal and furniture but unfortunately during Covid like everyone else things went downhill. Even when things opened up they did not restock for a long time. I have been a loyal customer because I have never had a bad experience. The store has always been clean, the staff pleasant and helpful, adequate parking and it has a nice layout. Before thanksgiving I walked into Marshalls and I was in heaven. The store was packed. Fall and Christmas spilled all over. Cosmetics and clothing packed!! I was soooo happy. I went straight to the snacks/food section where they have cookies, jams, chocolate, spices, oils from all over the world. The shelves were filled with so much stuff. I had to force myself to not pick up everything I saw and liked. Now that it's close to Christmas I look around my house and 85% of my decorations are from Marshals. A Pinocchio from Italy, an owl from France, Martha Stewart ornaments and covers. I really like shopping at this location. I see staff that has been there for years. It's nice to walk into a store you visit often and see familiar faces. Right now I'm trying really hard to stay away lol but it's only 14th December and I have a lot of time left before Christmas

Well, I go in the morning before the customers tear up the store looking for bargains. The inventory is good and also diverse. My latest purchase was a fast charging cable. It was a good price and works as expected. I visit a a few times a month. The security is always friendly. Even though the cashiers are overworked, lol I find them friendly for the most part. People will always find something to complain about but I compliment when compliments are due.

Sabrina assisted us as we were looking around. I got a small Coach bag for my oldest for her birthday but she wanted something a little bigger so we were scoping out different options before making a final decision. Kate Spade has some very nice handbags with simple designs so that was appealing to us. There was a medium black handbag she was considering and Sabrina helped answer some questions for us or find some other styles that may work for her preference too. My daughter took a photo and wanted to keep the bag she looked at as an option but we didn't buy anything on this particular day. Appreciated the assistance.

Three black gowns in different styles and each not meeting the desired appearance needed for a purchase. Excellent prices here with a huge inventory. The men's shoe section at Dillard's has always impressed me offering companies like Cole Haan, Polo, Sperry and Ecco including sandals from Reef. The only negatives here today are as follows: The upstairs bathroom in the women's section was out of order and I was directed to the bathroom on the first floor. This department store is a ghost town and in dire need of a facelift. The escalator was marked with a strange stain.

The checkout line was pretty long for a weekday, but it moved quickly and I was on my way in no time. Parking was also ample. Overall, a very good shopping experience! The only thing I could do without is the announcements. I think I heard them promote their store credit card at least three times during my hour visit.

We were welcomed nicely by a couple of salespeople who directed us to housewares. I looked for the items we needed but couldn't find what we wanted. So we bought other things that we didn't know we wanted! This store is nicely organized, clean with shiny floors, and tidy. Their prices are low compared to other stores. We would definitely come back here when we are back in Pompano Beach. There is a large parking lot with plenty of parking, including wheelchair accessiblability.
