After my home was lost in a fire I was given a $300 gift card to help replace my belongings. When I went to use it this week I was told that it would not be honored. Talk about adding insult to injury. I asked to speak to the manager and he was completely unsympathetic about it and could care less. They got $300 and kept it. This is theft in my opinion.
