It was an old and used umbrella inside a new covered. All we wanted was ex-changed it. The manager, Alex said he could not ex-changed it, because it was passed their returned policy time. iIf that was the case, how somebody returned that umbrella? and was put back in the shelff and sold it again. It seemed that it was used for more than one Summer. We left the umbrella with the manager, so he could sell it one one time. worst customer service ever. watch out when you purchase something in that store. Buyers beware. Check everything before you leave the store.

But, I used to LOVE hobby lobby! They used to have pretty good sale prices, at least. I think they're still an ok deal for some items, but not craft items, or at least the majority of craft items, anymore. Granted, there are some things you can ONLY find at hobby lobby, or find them there for that cheap. But overall, since the price increases, its simply not worth it for what you get. And they do have MANY overpriced items as well. But most of the discount items are home good items, which are depressing. And I will NOT shop at Michaels... and I don't think I'm legally allowed to publicly say why. But trust me. Maybe shop locally and support good local businesses and reuse stores instead. I personally think its worth it . Though not all local shops are run by good people, just something to keep in mind as well. Overall, I will still shop here. But only on sale, and for things that are unique and I can't find literally anywhere else. Or if I want a girls day out and can afford to, and feel like, "splurging". I will say, customer service is always great here, at least at the puyallup one. So that makes it worth it as well, if you don't really care about the money, and enjoy spending here. Sadly it seems that customer service has become non-existent, but not today... When I was making my return of an Amazon product, the young lady assisting me was not only warm and friendly, but she took the time to assist my elderly mother with her return in a way that was kind and generous with her time; assisting my mother with finding the proper return label and while remaining cheerful and friendly.
