After I spent over $1500 in 2 days AND signed up for the credit card, the cologne i purchased exploded in the bag and ruined some other purchases and made my car stink like week old red lobster. Notably my Cartier sunglasses were harmed. The box was completely destroyed. The box alone is worth over $100. So when I went to do the return no manager offered me so much as an im sorry. And it took 40 minutes to return the defective merchandise. I want a price adjustment for my time and destroying/tarnishing other items I purchased. This is crap customer service and I'll spend my $ elsewhere. read more

On February 27 around 1:00 PM, I had a very unpleasant interaction with the dressing room attendant (short older Hispanic lady). I was standing quietly waiting for her so she could direct me to a fitting room. Without any prompting, she snapped at me about "reading the sign," even though I hadn't said anything and was simply waiting. Her tone was sharp and dismissive. I didn't even see what "sign" she was yelling at me about. This isn't the first time I've witnessed or experienced rude behavior from this same employee. I've also seen her speak curtly to other customers on previous visits. Customer service sets the tone for a store, and unfortunately this interaction made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. I hope management addresses it, as it definitely impacts the shopping experience. read more

Rick the manager has an issues with belittling customers!! He is one of those managers who thinks they own the store and will disrespect people. If you speak up for yourself - he will get sensitive, yell at you and refuse to do his job because of his ego- until he realizes that it's ROSS and it's not his actual store then you will continue to have someone leading your staff the same way he treats your customers. Instead of yelling at your customers and bossing them were to stand and raising your voice telling them you what to do, having side conversations where you are raising your voice with co-workers. I suggest you learn how to have some costumer service and learn how to grow up and have your disputes on your own time or in the back. Unbelievable. I wasn't even the one she was bossing around. I love this Ross. I have always disliked Ross because every Ross I have ever been to makes me feel like I'm in a ransacked house after a police raid. But this Ross is not like the others. This Ross is SOOOOO ORGANIZED. The manager must be a great manager because the employees are always keeping everything in place and it's always nice when I walk in. I don't feel overwhelmed, it's very well kept. Things are where they are suppose to be and it's not cluttered. I have come back time after time. I use to never step foot into a Ross now I always go there first before I go to TJMAXXX! So kudos to the manager and employees because I really enjoy going there... something I never thought I would say! read more

I love this Ross because the awesome selection/inventory they have. However on multiple occasions the line has been so long it ends in the middle of the store. The first time this happened, there was 1 cashier and 3 other girls behind the counter talking. Today, I had enough and knew I had to write a review. There once again was an astronomical line and only 2 cashiers. When one lady went up to her to ask if she could call another cashier- she completely ignored her. Didn't even apologize or explain they were short handed or anything. Of course I got this gem when it was finally my turn. In which she barked at me "next in line!!!!" Cmon guys. I mean really? I usually bring my kiddos to Ross if we can't find anything at the mall. They are known for great prices and we have really found some super deals here. My stars are given for the pure pricing and deals. Customer service on the other hand is always less than par. I've been to this location multiple times and have never been asked if I needed help. I don't think there is ever more than 4 people working in this huge store. Makes for a crappy experience. I also don't like the way they make you feel when you go into the dressing room. I totally get that they have theft, but to take each piece of clothing hang it on this rack and then pat down each piece in front of you makes you feel really crappy. The store in shambles. The front always looks Nice so it gives off a good first impression. Be prepared to wait in line... trust me you'll be there awhile with plenty of things to temp you to buy! read more

Great store with awesome prices. But most the time their lines are horrible. Why have 7 check stands with 1-2 open daily? Especially on the weekends with it being summer, they should know more people will be in buying new clothes and stuff. read more

Left my keys in a shopping cart, went back inside looking for my keys, i asked the cashiers to use the overcom and ask the customers to look in the shopping cart, 45 mins later a customer brings me ny keys.
