We put everything in storage, since we were going to use it this year. We were opening our set and one of the umbrellas were so old and rusted. Fabric was torn and stained and faded. It was an old and used umbrella inside a new covered. All we wanted was ex-changed it. The manager, Alex said he could not ex-changed it, because it was passed their returned policy time. iIf that was the case, how somebody returned that umbrella? and was put back in the shelff and sold it again. It seemed that it was used for more than one Summer. We left the umbrella with the manager, so he could sell it one one time. worst customer service ever. watch out when you purchase something in that store. Buyers beware. Check everything before you leave the store.

very dissapointed to be writing this review, and I hate to do it. This is for hobbylobby in…read moregeneral... I couldn't find hobbylobby on trustpilot to review them overall which is... suspicious. But, I used to LOVE hobby lobby! They used to have pretty good sale prices, at least. I think they're still an ok deal for some items, but not craft items, or at least the majority of craft items, anymore. Granted, there are some things you can ONLY find at hobby lobby, or find them there for that cheap. But overall, since the price increases, its simply not worth it for what you get. And they do have MANY overpriced items as well. But most of the discount items are home good items, which are depressing. And I will NOT shop at Michaels... and I don't think I'm legally allowed to publicly say why. But trust me. Maybe shop locally and support good local businesses and reuse stores instead. I personally think its worth it . Though not all local shops are run by good people, just something to keep in mind as well. Overall, I will still shop here. But only on sale, and for things that are unique and I can't find literally anywhere else. Or if I want a girls day out and can afford to, and feel like, "splurging". I will say, customer service is always great here, at least at the puyallup one. So that makes it worth it as well, if you don't really care about the money, and enjoy spending here. The styles and variety of furniture they had in their showroom were extensive and well made. Nigel allowed us to take a couple fabric samples home to decide which would match our walls and other furniture. We came back the next day and placed our order for our custom couch, I can not recommend them enough, the quality of the furniture and the pricing is exceptional. We will absolutely be back to purchase more items for around our home.
