I had my id ready but she wanted the email that I was sent with a barcode. I told her I got a text it was ready...? I searched for an email as it took a minute, she asked for my id. At that moment I found my email, she scanned it and I was on my way. I try to consider reasons why the employees behave the way they do, and I suppose they wanted to get out on time and were doing their duties before they close, but I still think the priority should be the customer. That being said, I was happy to be able to place an online order and pick it up same day! I love the sales and being a cardholder has some nice advantages. Took forever and the day I was supposed to pick it up, UO submitted a RETURN TO SENDER request!! After 48 hours of box phasing and multiple phone calls with UPS and UO trying figure out what was going on, I pick up a box that looks like it had been drugged across the US tied to the bumper of the delivery truck. Get home, open the box, and the first pair of shoes I open are NOT the shoes I ordered, which explains why UO submitted the RETURN TO SENDER request. They knew that they had made a mistake. Not one time did they reach out to me to explain what happened. I honestly would have been okay with that. Mistakes happen. But it doesn't end there. I contact UO about the shoes and basically get told "we need a couple of days to think about whether or not we're going to send the shoes you purchased!! Wait what?! Meanwhile, I go back to the website and see that the price of the shoes has now doubled and my size is sold out. I'm speechless at this point. Oh and there are no real people to be found in there customer service support. Just virtual help programmed to provide generic responses to every question. Yes, BUYER BEWARE with this merchant!

They always have majority of items stocked up! They are the perfect place to find almost anything you could want from snacks, to makeup to home goods! Anything! While I understand the convenience of self check out when it's really busy within the store, I do not understand why the customer reps there wait behind the counter until all the customer self checkouts are full before they open up their register. Literally two cashiers were standing there, chatting away with each other like it was their primary job, while customers with 15 items or more are expected to self checkout, reach around the counter to grab their own bags, and bag their groceries. They waited until the two self-checkout slots were full to open up their register and was able to checkout a customer in half the time it took for me to bag up and pay for my items. Literally had a "register closed" sign while standing behind the register and talking with each other. So this is what they're getting paid for?

I realize thrift stores rely on donations, but several items we picked up were marked boutique but appeared more than lightly worn. Many of the clothing items were heavily worn and not in good repair. A necklace behind the counter was missing more than a few gems. The store is organized by categories but the lighting is awful, and makes it seem dirty even if it isn't, and there are dead ends/blocked aisles that require you to turn around and go the other way. Staff seemed friendly enough. I interacted 3 times with a young male teen and he seemed pretty low key minimal interaction but by the 3rd chat we hit it off to to speak. He's probably just slow to warm up. I did try on a few clothing items that I purchased. My friend also found something. But I don't think we will add this to our list of shops to frequent.
