The store had so many great things, and many employees were friendly. Unfortunately, that all changed when I got to register 2. I didn't get the young lady's name. I wish I had enough time to return everything I purchased by the time I was walking out. As I stood at the register while all my items were being rung up, the young lady put them in the bag, leaving the bags behind the register until I paid for everything. As I looked to my right, the white couple was given their items as they were put in the bag before they paid. It's sad that this is still happening, and I am so pissed off and spent my hard-earned money in a store that doesn't trust me enough to pay for items while I'm standing at the register to pay for them. To the young lady at register 2 today at 221pm, I pray for you and I pray that if or when you have children, you teach them to be better than you were today. This was my original review on Marshalls website 3 days ago. I received a response from the "owers", telling me to call in to customer services. I called in this afternoon only to be told there's nothing they could do, it's only for me to call in and verbally give my complaint. This was a waste of my time and I feel Marshalls isn't taking my concerns serious. This is so dishearting and knowing that there's no one in this company taking their customers complaints serious. Got a new house a few weeks ago and this location of Marshalls & Homegoods has been my go-to place to find new decoration items. I've only shopped in the Homegoods side of the store, which has a good variety of shopping items; anything for kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, etc etc . During my last few visits, I purchased a coffee table and pillows for my new living room. All of them at really affordable prices and great quality. I had to exchange a few items during my second visit, and the process was super easy. The staff at this location is always very friendly and they love to chat. My only complaint about this store is that is very difficult to walk with a shopping cart in the Homegoods side; I kept bumping into people or getting in their way which made my experience a little uncomfortable. read more

I like going to this location because it's close to where we live. The parking here is decent and the store is pretty organized and clean. The employees have always been nice whenever I go and I have found what I needed (and other things that I didn't think I would need XD). The shelves are always filled with a lot of different items and they do have a nice selection of clearance items. It's just a bit frustrating because like most other stores, customers have gone through products and either damage the merchandise or make you search for the same thing,that has not been touched, broken or messed with (sometimes hard to do). It's easy to spend a good amount of time here going through this store and spending more than you thought you would be spending. I've been going to their Marshall's for a long time and this location has been a great place to find deals. Marshalls is always a hit or miss type of store, but on several occasions I have enjoyed many inexpensive finds. Recently, they added Home Goods so there are more home related items. This is nice if you like to shop those items, but sad for the loss of more racks of clothes. The men's section is fairly small now, but I did manage to find a few items. read more

After getting all my information , they told me that I would use the 10% discount after when the bank gave the card to me . When I told them that- then cancel the card, i do not want it - they said - we can't do this, you need to call the bank - and continued as if nothing had happened. I will never go to this scam store again, don't go if you don't want to be scammed and they do not tell you that your credit score will decrease 5-10 point . This Marshall's location has been recently renovated to add HomeGoods. This is by far my favorite location to shop at. It is always clean, the staff is polite, and you will always find a good deal. They already have their fall & halloween decor out. The HomeGoods part of the store is fantastic and you lose track of time just looking at everything. Everything is well organized. I did ask to see if they had any jewelry or accessories and the sales associate pointed me to a VERY limited selection. For example, one or two bracelets. read more

We found this beautiful locations we lots of great items this locations is way better comparing to the one in Austin at the mueller area. The furniture area in this location is huge lots of great choices. The perfume selection it's ok but nothing inspired to buy . Great finds everywhere,it just depends on when you go really.Hit or miss at times on clothes for myself but there is always something for everybody including the family pet.I have better luck in the fall than summer I have noticed for clothes unless it's active wear however the home goods and furniture ways has something great. I am by all means not a typical shopping therapy type of gal though,personally I can't stand shopping for myself.Especially how women's stuff is organized compared to men's on the usual.They have it pretty easy and we have this racks and racks of stuff and it makes my head spin backwards like Linda Blair if too much is going on. We did find the most wonderful carry on bags for out trip to Colorado recently I was impressed and awesome sweater ponchos and leg warmers.That's all I need for the winter leggings,thick tights,and pancho and I am set so yay! Probably my new favorite Marshalls. Clean, organized, beautifully and effectively merchandised. I really enjoyed shopping here. Even the clearance areas were easy to shop. This Marshalls had lots of clearance, a good and well stocked shoe section, lots of clothing choices, and brand name and designer handbags galore! I made my way through the store and stopped into the dressing room to try some things on. The attendant greeting me, handed me my number and said "thank you and good luck" while a sincere smile. This may not seem like a lot, but in the world of discount and off price retailers, this is a true gem. Numerous times in the store I was greeted when an employee passed me. I this type of store I have come to not expect these behaviors. I bought a clearance rug for my bathroom and a skirt for about $20. I certainly could have purchased more but will return to see the new arrivals soon. read more

I love this Marshals, maybe I spend a little to much time in here, but their prices are amazing!! This location is put together well and the dressing rooms are clean. The only bad comment I have is I always have to wait forever in line to check out. Whether there are 3 people in line or 20. They need to have a separate line for returns, that would move the line faster. If you see something you like here, take it because it won't be here next time you come! Easy process both times. Quick checkout too! The line to check out goes all the way out of the area into the store. There are only 4 people checking out customers but there are 11 registers. There's a gentleman behind the desk putting away hangers!!! Really..... can't you take care of your paying customers in a more timely manner.??? They do have some cute stuff; I didn't find anything today that I couldn't absolutely live without. Mostly due to the fact that some of the things I felt were still priced a little high considering the source. They have stuff for the home, and other things you might not expect them to carry. I noticed that they have a decent selection of tights which I'm always on the lookout for. I'll definitely be returning to see what new items they get in stock.
