I will never return to this store again. A young employee at the front register stopped me and told me I could not come in. I was shopping at Target with my grandchild. I still had him in the cart and just walked over to Ross before returning to my car. She said a Target cart was not allowed in the store. This makes absolutely no sense. I wasn't going to leave it there, I had a child in the cart . Is this an official rule? Well, you lost my business. How about getting employees to say hello welcome how can I help you. read more

The level of disarray at this location is really sad. There is little to no organization in any of the areas. The store employees we encountered were friendly and helpful but there weren't really any on the floor - just two at the checkouts. Seems like a management problem that needs to be addressed. read more

CLOSES AT 10pm, NOT 8pm!!!!! Great store, always has a balanced selection. Sometimes the back aisles that have home decor can be a bit sparse, but I can usually find a couple options of what I'm looking for. I always manage to get some really good deal there at this particular Ross. Ironically, this was my first job when I was a lot younger... And though the layout has changed, the great deals remain the same. I am a Ross shopper, tried-and-true, and I say this store is worth more than the ratings show. It's also a great location because it's next-door to the 99 Cents store, it's also next to Target and a Home Depot, and then across the street there is a Goodwill. So if you're looking for a bargain, this isn't a bad place to go. They also have a lot of food options around here and a nice new entertainment spot with cars you can race around the tracks. It was 12:50pm on a Saturday and the back fitting rooms were not open. There was a line for the 2 in the front of the store. I asked one of the cashiers if the larger fitting rooms were going to be open. She replied no because there were only two of them there. The second cashier a few minutes later came and asked me if I wanted her to open the back rooms so of course, I said yes. I told her I was surprised that the fitting rooms weren't open on a Saturday for as busy as they are. She replied very rudely that they have to obey the HR rules because nobody is scheduled for fitting rooms until 2 o'clock. As she was opening the door for me, two other customers said, oh the fitting rooms aren't open. I said she's actually opening them right now. The cashier whose name is Felicia said, well it was only for you. She then got on her walkie-talkie and said to the other cashier, I hope you don't get busy because I am going to be stuck here a lot longer than what I had anticipated. She was extremely rude, and I actually opted to not buy the purse that I had picked out because I didn't want to give them my business. I will never shop in that Ross again and I have shopped there for years. read more

PLEASE quit putting your price tags on the glass of the photo frames! I usually only come in to buy home-goods, frames and candles. It's ridiculous. The last frame, before this...I had to run under hot water and with liquid soap, remove. Then, had to dry with a blow dryer to make sure no moisture that would ruin my photo. Would give 0 stars again as 3/25/19 and totally forgot and bought ANOTHER frame here stupidly if I have this issue, so does everyone else! read more

The worst Ross ever.... When we walked into the store there was a lady with black curly hair who looked Mexican and she was racial profiling my partner for no reason I heard her describing him to another employee she was so loud about it that I could hear and she was just looking at him weird like if he was stealing.... we were just trying to shop! Maybe because he didn't have the nicest clothes on because he just has gotten out of work or maybe because he was Mexican i don't know what bothered her so much about him. And I felt so uncomfortable I felt like I couldn't shop and so I told my partner let's just hurry up and leave because she was just watching us as if we were stealing or doing something wrong... which we weren't we were just trying to shop! And we ended up leaving because she made us feel uncomfortable. It's so sad people have to be like that. Like damn I guess next time he has to come dressed more professional with suit and tie.‍‍ read more

I went to this ross today I found a Buddha statue I wanted but it was cracked and reglued.i asked the guy at the counter if he could mark it down in price since it was broken he asked a manager to come out and she said she would do 30 % off the original price. After walking around a bit I saw another guy who was walking towards the back of the store and asked him if I could talk to the manager again. He straight up told me sorry im on my break but go to the front and ask them for you....great customer service !!! He was literally going to the back area where I saw the manager went ....would of taken 2 seconds to tell her I wanted to ask her something. But. Hey.... at least he got his break in read more

Under normal circumstances, I'm a really big fan of Ross. I love sifting through the racks and finding ridiculous bargains on great clothes. These, however, are not normal circumstances. Every time I come to this Ross, I get the feeling that it might be on its way out. Each visit, it looks less like they sell clothes, and more like they're selling shelf space. What product they DO have isn't really that well maintained, either. In a typical retail environment, the employees at least PRETEND that they have product by maintaining the shelves and facing things to fill in the dead space. Not here. To top it all off, the areas of the store that DO have product aren't maintained at all. I get it...things get shopped. But I get the feeling that even the employees sense their impending doom, and approach their jobs as such. read more

You know the Ross commercials that go something like "I got it at Ross..." I wish. I have not found a single thing of use at this store. I'm always greeted by a security guard (not always the most qualified-looking individuals...), and I feel like a criminal as I roam the sparse racks with a shopping cart with a vertical five foot pole attached. It's like I'm in kindergarden and the teacher needs to see my every move. Every garment seems to be ill-fitting, polyester and/or flawed. If I do find something, I feel like I need to wash it prior to wear. Sometimes you can find some decent odds and ends: home wares, linens, socks, scarves, toys...yet, the search for them is time consuming and often disappointing. I prefer Target. Or TJ Maxx. This store is disgusting. The front doors are super gross, and frankly, they have been for years. The bathroom has feces all over the toilet. For all of the employees that they have just standing around in that place you would think that they could clean up a bit. Aside from that, prices and merch are about why you would expect from a Ross. read more

I have been to a great many Ross store-- and I can safely say that this one is my favorite. Even when it is busy, it is still manageable, unlike some of the others. I am also consistently pleased with their selection. Now, I often go in there without much of a purpose, just to see what's there-- but I recently found ALL, that's right, all of my Christmas gifts. Perhaps I went in on a lucky day, but I can't think of a time when I didn't walk out of there with at least something. I was sorry to read the previous review, because I have had such a consistently good time at this store. As for the store having a security guard, the one who works most of the time is a kick in the pants. He'll chat with you if given the opportunity. Also, every Ross has at least one, if not two, security guards working while the store is open. I hope more of you are encouraged to visit now that you know what a great time I have had there. It's one of the smaller Ross stores that I have been in, but it certainly packs a punch. Happy bargaining! read more

While here on vacation, I felt that I was lacking a few essentials to my wardrobe but didn't want to spend a ton of money. I thought I would try out Ross Stores, which are accurately described as hits of misses. Upon my initial walk in, I thought I would be majorly disappointed. The store seemed half empty of merchandise. However, once I went digging through the racks, I was able to find jeans (that fit great and were so comfortable), a shirt, athletic pants, 4 pairs of underwear, and a new bra. Best part was-----$33 total including sales tax. Where else would this happen at? Bring me to more Ross stores ASAP! read more
