The store is kept clean and inviting. The checkout process doesn't usually take a long time, even when there's a line, and I like all of the trinkets you can look at along the shelves when you line up before the cashiers. This plaza's parking lot fills up easily, and with one way traffic throughout the lot, it can take a lot of time getting stuck behind someone waiting to park or looking for a space. But the staff is usually friendly and helpful, and there's always something cute to buy.

I was aware that Nordstrom Rack is the off-price retail division of the luxury department store chain, Nordstrom. I went there not expecting Walmart or other merchants prices. I found the men's shirts and pants racks and found several items that were the color and size I was looking for. A shirt that listed at $198.98 was on sale reduced 68% to a mere $74.96. It was a regular long sleeve shirt by Polo, Ralph Lauren. With all due respect to India where the shirt was made, I wondered what costly threads were used to make such a pricey shirt. The same was true of the pants and several other items. Mind you that these items in the off price store were on yet another discounted clearance rack in the store. Nordstrom may want to rethink their sales techniques at their chain of stores before people start realizing it's not a really an off price store.

I'm talking over an inch in the front. But I could only notice it when I got home and pulled my hair back into a ponytail. AND, all of the highlights are different shades. She SWORE there'd be no orange color in my hair. Yikes! The whole top was filled with awful orange highlights.The back? Super light highlights. None of them are evenly distributed and some of them are wide strips. I've never had a worse dye job and in 52 I think my NON-stylist sister could've done it better. So now I'm out $240 and it's absolutely AWFUL and I'm so embarrassed. I have events coming up and I don't even want to go to any of them. Sorry, but no one should go to Jes. I said no thank you and the price in front of me, on the credit card screen went from $29.95 to $69.95. Since when do sales people actually increase the price on the screen when you decline a credit card? Why not say before the transaction, if you sign up for a store credit card you will be entitled to a discount? Its dangling a low price and then punishing a client when they decline. Im taking my purchase back tomorrow to make a point and will never shop Old Navy. Worst store clerk training I have ever seen. Probably will go out of business.
