If I could give a 0 star, I would. There's absolutely no customer service. My latest experience - I tried to return an item, with receipt & price tag still on, the guy with a gold chain at the register kept insisted that I couldn't return it "because it was a final sale mark down." I tried to explain to him that it was a 10% Tuesday discount for 55+; it even stated on the receipt. Manager had to come to take care of it. No apology from her or that idiot that couldn't read! read more

They literally will follow you around the store just to tell you they're closed. Literally every single person working at night told me there were and what time they close. I couldn't even get what I needed because of how rude and harassing they are only at closing time. Day time is also so great, very helpful but don't go at night. read more

Buying my granddaughter some clothes, there's 6 people in line with 2 to 8 items. Only 2 fitting rooms open, and when asked about the fitting rooms in the back the manager said we can't have more than 5 items in the fitting rooms at a time so she won't open the other fitting rooms. Store has good prices. The selection at this store is so-so compared to some other Ross and similar stores. The cashier was rude however and I had to make her wrap my fragile items. Had I not forced her to do so, my glass items, which was almost every item that I purchased, would have broken before I got them home. She actually accused me of using her when I asked her to wrap my glass (fragile) Items. Hello, that stack of wrapping paper is there for a reason!! I have worked retail 30 years ago, and it is not the job of the cashier to act like the customer is inconveniencing you when they ask you to please wrap their items so they can get them home without breaking. Then she continued to be rude and never at any point apologized. :( read more

I love Ross for their inexpensive clothes, but this location could use some work. It's not as easy to find great deals as it could be, and the dressing rooms are so run down! A few hundred dollars in minor fixes could really class the place up! read more

Soooo rude! I am 4 months pregnant and had my infant niece with me. I was told I had to carry the car seat out because the baskets don't leave the store. I used to love going to Ross to buy purses, backpacks, and home decor. After today though I think this will be my last visit. After waiting FOREVER in line, we go to get checked out, which was a nightmare in itself. First of all we purchased A Lot of items...and the cashier stuck every single frame and wall decor item we got into one bag, which was too heavy to carry and the corners of the frames were sticking out the bottom of the bags. It was annoying but I was willing to make it work and just carry it like a stack of textbooks... then we bought a couple of glass jars and she proceeded to stick them in the same bag without wrapping them, and then just didn't bag some of our items. To make matters worse you can't take the cart outside, which if your buying a couple small items isn't a big deal, but when you buy over a cart full of breakable and heavy items, which were improperly bagged, makes the task almost impossible. If I hadn't of had someone with me to help carry armfuls of things to the car I would have just returned everything due to this frustration. We are remodeling our house and replacing everything and I will not be returning to buy the bigger items I was looking at, simply because I'm not going to make several trips in and out of the store to get what I need because I can't take a cart out. While standing in line a woman came up for a return and she was helped before the other 5 people in line, even though we were there first. Simply put I think they need to change some of their policies so that shopping there doesn't cause so much anxiety and unneeded stress. read more

Visited on Friday, January 25, 2019. Around 3ish. Not sure why they closed off their dressing room but now this location has 2 fitting rooms in the middle of the store. I don't mind waiting in line but their policy is 5 garments at a time. Now when I was in line two women in front of me went in each of the rooms and I waited over 40 minutes due to the fact that each one had a family relative continue to go get them other garments to try on. Plus one women had her mom included in the fitting room and when her mom was finished another family member went in to try on clothes. Now I usually don't ever complain but really, a huge department store goes from having 30+ fitting rooms to only 2! With no supervision on carrying out their own policies about limited number of garments. Or even seeing any structure in this department. Not going back to this location. There's too many other locations that don't have this issue to even bother with this one. Also I asked to speak to the manager, who they informed me was named Brian. Brian was called up twice to speak with me. I waited a reasonable amount of time for him to show up, and he didn't so i just ended up leaving without seeing him. Also compared to other stores their selection is limited. read more
