The clothes were pretty but I felt bombarded with how the employees were approaching me. I see previous reviews talking about rude employees, so I assume management has them try being closer with the customers as a way to "fix" that. But this was too much, I felt I couldn't browse in peace. I wanted to actually try some items on, but I didn't want to answer more questions, so I ended up just leaving without buying anything. I'm not blaming the employees because they were very nice but I have a feeling that management is the one putting the pressure on customer interaction. Ease up on it a bit, some customers want to be left alone and will ask for help if they need it. read more

I feel the store is good, but the customer service rep that attempted to help me was new and/or uninterested in our repeat business. Worst experience at this location. I went in trying to purchase a new pair of jeans. They were not helpful at all. Rude staff, I'll never be returning to this store again. I wouldn't recommend it. You're better off going to another location. There's this tall slanky guy name Colton or corrlton who rolled his eyes at me when I asked him a question about the jeans I wanted to buy. I have nothing but good things to say about this location! I am not one to write reviews because I honestly don't even know if businesses even look at these things but for my experience today I had to make sure this person was acknowledged for being so amazing! I drove an hour to this mall so I had plenty of options since I was in desperate need of new jeans! Long story short it wasn't a good body confidence day for me and I HATE shopping for clothes especially jeans since I'm so picky. I tired 4stores with no luck so I was starting to give up. I just walked in not expecting anything and Colton was sooo beyond friendly and made shopping fun! He was so easy to talk to about things I liked, things I didn't like, and was so good at finding what I was looking for because he asked all the right questions! He even went out of his way while I was in the changing room to keep searching for things for me to try on so I didn't leave disappointed! I left so happy with 3new pairs of jeans that are the cutest jeans I've ever owned and honestly i probably wouldn't have looked to hard for anything without his help! read more

I love the womens tops and the huge jean selection at Buckle. I was here with my boyfriend a couple days ago (may 23 2018) and had a great experience. Chandele was extremely helpful in finding jeans for him and helping us pick out the right size and wash that suited him. I really appreciate great customer service and she went above and beyond to help us-- thanks chandele!! i wish every salesperson in the mall was like her. we will be back soon! read more

Extremely horrible, bad, worst customer service . Pls pls train your staffs before give them a job here. Or at least tell them to open their mouth to greet the customers.
