I used to be work there and I have worked at a lot of places before but never have I seen such bad management. I called the boss and she never called me back. They never had my schedule ready and they would always call me at 4 am to come into work unexpectedly. I told them several times that I did not want to be called into work randomly. They also stopped giving me my sick hours and they call us into work even on the weekends. Sometimes they would not call me into work for weeks. The employees can be so rude and I would not recommend working here if u want to work part time. read more

Went in to return an item and the worker at the cashier was being super rude. She had an attitude and a stank face the whole time. When another worker went up to a different cashier to do something she changed her whole attitude but as soon as that she walked away she went right back to having an attitude and being rude. didn't get the chance to get her name but she was wearing a hijab and was just plain out rude. definitely would not recommend going here with someone that looks like they don't even want to work. don't do customer service if its not something enjoy! she should definitely work on her attitude and the way she treats customers !! not the type of person i would want to ring me up . read more

My favorite ROSS in town by far! I never have any issues at this location. Always has a fairly decent selection of items in all departments. Employees are generally helpful and curteous. Fitting rooms are clean and well monitored. This location is open until 11p.m. most nights which is super cool! Thank you! read more

This store is just a hot mess. I don't think there's a single area of the store that doesn't look like a tornado has torn through it. Items are all over, including on the floor. And as a result, items look disheveled and beat up. I really wouldn't buy many items from here because they're just not well taken care of. I get that the stuff is priced very inexpensively, but I still respect the things that I buy and would not treat them in such a way, regardless of cost. My opinion is not popular here, clearly. And the parking lot is a horrendous zoo. People will park within an inch of your car door and not give it a single thought. I drive through more than I park because I go to Michaels in the same shopping center all the time, and people pull out and drive like overall morons in this area, too. I have no idea what's with the Ross customer base, it must be the low prices on defective items rotting their brains so much that they forget how to drive safely. There are other Ross locations in town that aren't quite as hideous all around. read more

There's only one cashier with to many customers n is rude when I just needed to return something

I really love shopping at Ross, but often find myself questioning their decisions when it comes to their stock, since some of them offer an unusually small selection of clothing for men in favor of women. Thankfully, this location had a nice balance. Coming to this location on a busy weekend afternoon, I expected to find it in disarray, and it was. I'm not sure if it has more to do with the patrons who come here, or the staff, but it is almost always in disarray at this time of week. I do not usually encounter the same issue at Kohls or Marshalls. So when it comes down to it, this is really a typical Ross location now that I think about it. Except, the selection of men's clothing is among the best I have ever seen. read more

Our visit on 2/20/2021 was one of those "hit or miss" shopping experiences. We found a few items worth purchasing. The majority of the available selections were just not the stuff that we were looking for. But don't worry, we will definitely be back another time. read more

This is one of the better ross stores other than the on in Oro valley, I can always find a pretty good bargain here, from clothes to shoes & jewelry, they have some really good houseware goods also; even if you're in the mood to look for something for your pet Ross has it! They also have kitchenware too. read more

on 8/2/23 i wrote a 5 star review on my visit to the store on Broadway concerning the greeter for the day, Carilyn. she was terrific. the next time i went to the same store, on 8/8/23, Alana was my cashier. before it was my turn, i paid attention to how she was with the previous customers. her customer service skills are the worst i've ever seen. no greeting re: hello, no smile no nothing. she wasn't personable at all. when it was my turn, i got the same treatment as the last customer. needless to say, i wasn't happy at all. at the end of the transaction, she made me rip off my own receipt. seriously? is she that lazy? OMG! i think someone needs to talk to her about her attitude which is absolutely HORRIBLE!! some people just don't belong serving the public. Alana is one of them. WOW what a difference between her and Carilyn. i will still shop at Ross because i love the prices and my choices but someone needs to have a talk with Alana. thank you for listening. hope you address this problem read more

The store is a mess! They had dirty clothes, I'm taking pink baby outfits covered in black grime hanging on racks to be sold. When we did finally find a couple good items for a friends baby shower, we head to the register and get behind next person in line. When they leave my daughter starts to put the stuff on the counter. The cashier walks away and then goes over to her co worker hangs out for a bit and then comes by the reg again and turns off the light and walks away never to return. At which point the returns lady calls the person behind us up and starts ringing them up. Not one word said to me during this entire 10 min thing. I dropped the stuff and took my daughter crying out of the store trying to explain to her why we were not getting her toy. I was half tempted to walk out with the stuff that I was trying to buy! I will never be visiting this store again! Wow! read more

It's in a strip mall with Home Goods, Michaels, Lane Bryant and a bicycle shop. I have never been to a Ross before, but figured it was like a TJ Maxx or Marshalls....um, I think NOT. There was a security guard at the front door-sketchy...made me not want to enter. The store was a mess....stuff tossed of shelves and yet the racks were pretty barren. I saw only off brands, no name brands and the quality of the clothing looked very poor....ie. synthetic matieral. They had shoes, none that tickeled my fancy, clothing (men's, women's, kids, plus, petite, maternity) home decorations, bath items, kitchen items, men and women's frangrances. Some people must like it because there were people shopping. Good for them, but count me out. read more

Even though this location is kind of far I don't mind the drive because this location has way more than the others on my side of town. I went today while waiting on a friend for lunch and found about 3 pairs of shoes I couldn't walk away from! The location was well stocked in every section and there's so many good deals on everything. read more

Success! It's nearly impossible for me to find fashionable plus size clothing at a discount store and this trip was particularly important as I needed to dress for a job interview. I was lucky enough to find a designer shirt in my size that looks professional but can also be dressed down. I love the clothes they have here and the other merchandise(especially their candle selection), I just wish they had larger sizes when it comes to the shoes. I have large feet as I'm a tall lady and they have really cute stuff just never in my size! Aside from that this place is great! read more

This particular location is one of my favorite's of Ross. And I will let you know why for ladies. Not that I really want to share all of this but let me help some of you all out. First off this location for some reason has a ton of size 10 shoes--yes yes I know I Have big feet for a gal but this is the place and boom-SCORE-boots galore! Yes today I found some amazing deals on boots and it's fall and I am one happy girl! Not only this let me share another thing go to the towel section and yep right there boom-SCORE you find amazing deals on dishtowels and washclothes. I'm talking CHEAP and beautiful they are fantastic and yet cheaper than any other deal here in town. Now for the next thing--dresses--yep you guessed it you can find excellent dresses here and I'm talking this place is stocked full of little cute dresses that are $14.99 and less. I'm big about finding dresses that make you feel good about yourself. And of course you can find your size another plus. Some stores it's hard for them to be stocked in your size not at this location And for the other SCORE--amazing section of electronic gadgets which are great for stocking stuffers.
