I used to think of this as a cheesy "old person's" store because that is the clientele I remember…read moreseeing there, plus my grandparents (God rest their beloved souls) shopped here and ALOT and were on the frugal side. In fact, Boscov's was the ONLY credit card they EVER HAD! They were so cute . . . Anyway, with the decline of poor (formerly Echelon Mall) Voorhees Town Center, Boscov's is the only anchor (dept) store left here! They have me captive and now I'm a customer AND fan! The ladies dept has beautiful formal dresses; the children's dept has nice clothing and great deals and I really "mopped up" on Champion brand (heavy weight) tees & shorts for my son a few weeks ago. I splurged a bit on myself in both the jewelry & home decor departments. I'm guessing I got bargains due to the post holiday season. I bought two beautiful pair of earrings (one, rhinestone stars - $8; the other, abalone oblong ovals $15). Lastly, I got a set of precious/beautiful mother/babies set of Oleg Cassini crystal ducks (see photo). They were half priced. There was a huge assortment of animals (hummingbirds, penguins, fish) and insects (butterflies, dragonflies), etc. (mushrooms, a clam with a "pearl", paperweights) to choose from! Last month I got a pair of shoes for work that I just love (so comfy) plus a few 6-packs of ankle socks for my daughter for only $1.99/ea! A bonus to shopping here is that you can get in and out quickly. The mall is all but dead now and there are usually more than enough cashiers around. They still even offer free gift wrap in Customer Service (lower level near toys). Lastly,check out the candy department with Godiva and Asher's if you're in a bind for a gift or want a yummy treat. You can even just buy a single chocoalte covered pretzel, etc., if you have a whooley!

COVID Dressing rooms…read moreare closed but everything is returnable with a receipt. Staff had gloves and masks while cleaning the counter between costumers. Large selection of everything. Reasonable pricing with lots of sale items. Hardest part was finding a sales person for help as many of the checkout counters are closed. Staffing is at a limited.

Their prices never cease to amaze me - all if these items are high quality / good name brands!!!

Full of fun spring styles that you just can't get at a fast fashion mall type of place. You can tell so much thought, time and passion goes into the design and pieces picked. Fast forward to now that I live in the area again, and I have curated a cute collection of jewelry as well as added to my wardrobe a bit. The prices are so fair and it's just a highlight to my day when I find a gem from here! I've also had the chance to meet and work with the owner Daria. I loved the place that much that I reached out to see if I could help in any capacity. The owner is sweet and she really puts so much effort into her space and products, and it shows when loyal customers come in time and again. So screw the mall and head to The Boutique Bar, you'll feel so much better.

The return line was long. I almost left but it seemed to be moving so I waited. Well the line moved pretty fast. Marquita, the cashier, was so efficient with the returns/pick ups that I only waited about 7 min. Not only was she efficient, she gave the customers personal attention and was friendly and nice! She had my returned processed so quickly but still was able to have a conversation with me. The store has a lot of merchandise but it clean, staff wear masks and hand sanitizer is available. The bathrooms are open and clean. I felt comfortable shopping here

Second floor had the home good products and customer service. At the first floor indoor entrance, they had the ebar. While walking around the store, I noticed it was very well organized and super clean. The kids area seemed to be smaller than other locations. Men's and women's apparel sections had lots of items on sale for their "Anniversary Sale" special. Staff members were friendly all around the store, several of them greeted us and offered to help.
