Well I was surprised about the low ratings of this store. I was not allowed to try on any bras so how can I make a selection?! I ended up taking a chance and trying to see if the band would go over my shirt and fasten ok. Ended up with a pretty Bali "t shirt" bra for 7.99. I had forgotten to pack a decent bra for a wedding we were attending. We were waiting forever and ever AMEN to check out. If I hadn't been the next in line and if I hadn't needed the bra I would've walked out. There's zero sense of urgency with waiting customers. It didn't help that one insanely rude customer was rung up then decided to leave the register mid transaction to continue shopping either. Just RUDE! She didn't come back for a while- so much so the cashier had to play seek n find. So glad I do t live in Jersey or will ever have the occasion to go to this Ross again (and I LOVE ROSS!!) read more

This Ross store has been managed by a loser team. I wanted to return an item without the receipt, and merchandise was tagged at $6.99. Clean store tag, no damages.Then store manager 'Laura' said that they could only grant me 49 cents since the product I wanted to return was on sale. Do yourself a favor, and do not shop at this low life&losers filled Ross store. read more

I'm a TJ MAXX GIRL and hardly ever go to Ross. On this odd Saturday alone, I took myself to the movies, lunch and then hit a few stores in this strip mall at Eagle Plaza, which is awesome, BTW! I perused Ross for a good 45 minutes, enjoying the more spacious (than Deptford, NJ) lay out and organized store. I only bought some (really nice / good brand) undies and socks but would definitely go back if I was in need of a fancy dress, picture frame or baby gift. The staff members were very nice and I even took note of the ad to take a survey to win a gift card. read more

Oh boy. Normally I'm a fan of Ross's, but this particular store seemed tired and low stocked. It was during but not quite around Black Friday, so perhaps that's why. A few of the items I picked up looked already damaged. Thumbs down. For example, furniture was chipped. Dog beds that were on the floor with footprints on them. Interestingly, this is one of the few Ross's I've been to lately that didn't have a security guard right at the front door. Just an observation. read more

Standing in line I'm the only customer in the line with one item and there's one cashier helping a customer with an overflowing cart full of purchases and the other cashier just looks at me, ignores me and goes about doing things that she should be doing when there are no customers in line (like sorting hangers and putting security tags on purses) rather than ring me up and get me out of the store. I'm pretty sure the manager would not be OK with treating customers like this... read more

The Ross located in the Eagle Plaza in Voorhees is not managed properly by the Manager I encountered today, Donna. I wanted to return a $5.99 item. I was purchasing $58.00 in other items. I did not have the receipt, but I had a ROSS "carry out " ribbon that the items that the salesperson last week taped to the item so it did not need a bag. Then Donna asked me for a drivers license. I explained I did not have one on me as my husband drove me over. I had just come from the hospital. She refused to use the $5.99 item towards my purchase. Then, she ask if my friend had a drivers licenses, I could use that. I had no one in the store with me, just someone waiting in the car. Travel 3 Rosses every Tuesday, Mt.Laurel, Cherry Hill and Voorhees. I go to Voorhees last at it always backed up at the check out line. No pleasantries, smiles or "have a good day". The 2 folks on the registers, don't look up because of how backed up the line always is. Really Ross? $5.99 with all the stickers and tape to show it was purchased. read more

This has to be the most poorly stocked ross anywhere. I've been into this store for 4 Items now since we moved into our new house nearby. Those items are slippers for my wife and I, nope, not 1 pair in the place. Why would they have any of those during the fall/winter months anyway? A pie dish, they have tons and tons of pie display things but not one to actually bake one in. We like to cook too so just looking around at the bakeware and tools reminded me of a Salvation Army store, very very limited and very very sparse Needed a pullover, nothing, nothing from Nike, UA, reebok nothing. !!!???? NOTHING?! Finally, and his was the last chance, heavier socks. You guessed it, plenty of sports socks but it's cold out and no winter socks. Now, truth be told, I'm not a lady between the ages of 40-70 and there does seem to be a lot of that in this store so if you're like me don't come here. If you're like my mom there's probably plenty of stuff for you to wear to work here. read more

My husband and I took my son to Ross in voorhees about 20 minutes ago. While we were checking out my son was trying to help the cashier and scanned an item or two. (The scanner was facing us) he got excited and told her he scanned it for her. And in return she got snippy and told him to stop. I pulled him back and got snippy back and said I'm sorry, he was trying to help you. She said hes not helping hes being really annoying and now I dont know what items I already scanned. In the meantime, my husband is removing my son from the situation... I told her I apologized once, but she should not be working in customer service if she cannot handle kids. She replied she has 2, but I need to learn how to discipline my child. I said EXCUSE ME ?!?! I told her she needs to watch who she is talking to because I can only control myself for so long and told her I will wait for the next cashier and took my stuff ( half bagged) to the next line. She repeated to tell me if I learned to discipline my child, it would be fine and asked for the bags she rung up back. I emptied my shit into the cart and threw the plastic bag at her. Told her she needs to quit her job because she cannot handle customers. The next woman apologized several times for her behavior regarding the manner and gave us 10% off... that is not the point. Since when is it okay to tell a parent how to raise your child ?!? read more

I needed to return a pair of Calvin Klein jeans at the Voorhees store and could not find my receipt the tag was on it but I was told by a manager named Marie that brand name clothes cannot be returned without receipt. The jeans are to tight so I can't do anything with these $24.99 jeans. This is a disgrace I will never shop at this store again you definitely lost my business. read more

This Ross is your atypical discounted retailer of designer goods. The store is new and shiny and pretty ... but the merchandise doesn't move quickly. I'm still seeing the same stuff I saw weeks ago while shopping for Christmas. Handbags and shoes leave a lot to be desired. Not much of a selection and very little of what they do have. Listen was there this past Sunday the store had Good Flow of customers. I was in line to pay one cashier only. However it was a 25 minute wait. Seriously...The cashier paged mgr. on duty her name was something like Latisha. She did not come. One man had a return he ventured out to the store to find life. To say he just kept at for 15 minutes as he came in after me. Jewelry Counter people got tired of waiting and left. When I got to the register I asked where the mgr was. She paged again this time she came. I asked she said she never heard the first page. This Ross is not like Cross Keys. Window Shopping store only. read more

Good deals to be had on liquidated designer clothing, large selection to pick through. Prices could be lower and stock could turn over more often. read more

Normally I like this store (well, their other locations). The selection at this location is quite sparse. A lot of their shelves and racks are empty or just have a few things on them. Last time I was there, the associates in the store were a bit rude to one of the customers when I was up at the register. I recommend this store, but not this location. read more

Small selection, average Ross. Pretty good deals, but it's got a 'unwanted or uncleared merchandise' kind of feel to it. Comparable to off-aisle by kohls, except not as organized. read more
