There are no words strong enough to express our deepest gratitude to Ross Animal Hospital, Dr…read more Ross, Johnny, and the entire team. They didn't just care for our dog--they saved her life. When we brought Athena, our 1-year-old German Shepherd, to Ross, she was in critical condition. A mismanaged post-surgical infection from another hospital had left her unable to walk, in immense pain, and with spinal disc damage so severe we were told euthanasia might be the only option. Ross Animal Hospital changed everything. Dr. Ross took the time to listen, investigate thoroughly, and create a treatment plan that actually addressed the root of the problem. With stem cell therapy, dedicated rehab, and ongoing personalized care, Athena started showing signs of recovery we thought we'd never see. Today--she's walking again. Johnny was an absolute angel with Athena--patient, gentle, and always going the extra mile to make her feel safe and loved. And the entire staff? Every single person treated us like family. The compassion, skill, and dedication at this clinic are something truly special. If you are looking for a place that combines top-tier medical care with genuine heart, look no further. Ross Animal Hospital gave Athena her life back--and gave us hope when we thought it was gone. We are forever thankful.

I still had to wait about 45 minutes in the room for them to come in into some lab work. I was told over the phone. It wouldn't take more than two hours. and it took more than that. I was in a tight schedule because I had to go back to work so I told my partner to take the dog home so I can just rush back to work and figure out what we would like to do when I told them that the dog went back home, they literally start yelling at me asking me why I took the dog home when they needed to stay overnight I told him I had to go back to work and my priorities were to make sure I made money to be able to pay this bill and unfortunately the attention and service I received was enough for me to not go back

We never disputed a charge and always kept our account paid and up to date. We had an injured donkey that literally couldn't walk and Dr. Brown came out that day and told us that she just had a bruised heel. It seemed odd for how much pain she seemed to be in but we believed her and put her on bute and contained her in a small area as she suggested. A few days later we called her out again because there had been no improvement and she said it was because our farrier had not trimmed her feet often enough. We knew this was not correct because we just had her trimmed and the injury was very sudden. We just tried to do our best and keep her contained and on pain medication. They next week we were on vacation a couple of weeks in Japan and the barn manager called them out. Dr. Brown did over $600.00 worth of X-rays without calling us to authorize and still did not diagnose her. When we returned our farrier came out and told us she had two bowed tendons. He is familiar with Dr. Carter and was so shocked that Dr. Brown had not known that immediately the day it happened he said he would call personally to help us dispute the X-ray charge. We have attempted six times to speak with Dr. Brown or Dr. Carter regarding this and they refuse to contact us. We received a notice from a collection company for the $600 00 bill instead. Dr. Brown misdiagnosed two other horses at the barn at which we boarded; one was a simple thrush issue that she padded the bill to over $1,000 and another was a tooth surgery where she damaged an eye during the surgery and billed to remedy the mistake she made into the thousands. This was also price gouging a different non-profit. It's sad to think they would lose a loyal client for over ten years over a $600 mistake that they are responsible for.

I had taken one of my puppies, as I have done so many times before , to see the vet but Dr. Suttles was not working that day. I had to have the puppy seen by Dr. Childers. Brandi, who works there, is an awesome employee . She came in and asked me if it was OK to do x-rays and I agreed to that that charge but it was $175. I had never paid that much before. They asked me if they could do a fecal and I agree to that. I agreed to do the subcutaneous fluids because she was dehydrated. I asked them to board her overnight. They board animals all the time that take medicine and I'm sure they are never charged for a hospitalization. So instead of a boarding fee, I was charged a hospitalization fee. My dogs appointment was on 3:15 and my pick up at 4:59 the next day which 25 1/2 hours . I was charged for her to stay over night because I asked her to be but it wasn't explained that I would be charged for hospitalization. The difference is about $20 more for hospitalization plus the extra fee $22 I was charge because she was there for a little over 24 hours I I guess because she sat in a kennel an extra 1 .75 hours . Another charge, A Cerenia injection was given to her which I didn't approve and don't even know what it's for. The charge was $33. I was never asked about her getting the injection. I was never told how much a general health profile was going to be. $143. I would have passed on that if I knew the cost because they had already figured out what was wrong with the puppy . When I called up there to speak to Dr. Suttles, I was connected to someone other than her. I believe she was some type of office Assistant. Knowing that I had spent between $2500 and $3000 since January 2025 w/ Dr. Suttle's, who is the owner. I had asked the assistant to have her call me, which didn't happen. I felt she could call me so we could go over the bill. I had never complained before about any of the costs of my bills. I just paid them . So $687.86 later, I went through my bill and had questions about charges up to $220. And got no answers. It very disappointing.

I drove all the way from Atlanta to have Cosmo (my lab-mix) get x-rays for his hip/leg. Dr. Sigman and his staff were so helpful and professional through the entire exam which gave me (and Cosmo) a lot of comfort in an otherwise very stressful situation. His rates were extremely reasonable, and overall service was grade A+. I was so impressed that I've decided to make him my regular vet! It was well worth the drive from Atlanta!! We'll be back!
