While poking in and out with a needle she stuck herself. That was the end of my exam. They asked that I come in the next morning for a blood test to see if the nurse was infected with anything. As a decent person, I did that but never heard another word from them at all until I got the bill. Billing insists I owe for the office visit, regardless their total incompetence. I would have more faith in a veterinary school drop out.

They did a urinalysis and other tests but never checked my blood levels. After a follow-up two weeks later I found out this entire time I was CRITICALLY low and could have gone into heart failure. I had to have an emergency transfusion, followed by two iron infusions at the hospital because this was missed by urgent care. My doctor was floored that I went into the urgent care because of bleeding that wouldn't stop and they never checked my blood level. Needless to say, I would not go back here, period!

I have seen staff go out of their way to comfort and reassure me. The doctors are very skilled and thorough in their treatment and in follow up testing, etc. Noone wants to have cancer (or another blood disorder), but if you need an oncologist - I highly recommend The Hope Center.
