My CPAP clinician recommended Fairway when I moved to the Valley. They are a little smaller than the first supplier I worked with. Also, I believe family run. Why does this matter? To a person they are very customer focused and caring. I have never had even one small problem with them in 6 years. Some issues can be dealt with by phone. Others require me to visit their office which is just south airport. As evidence of how positive I am about them, I live in North Scottsdale and happily drive for 45 minutes by many, many competitors to do business with Fairway Medical.

The quick response surprised but more so impressed me because I could tell from his message that he sincerely wanted to speak to me and to help me right the wrong. I called him two days later, gave him my whole story and he was very apologetic of how things were handled. I am absolutely grateful for him taking time to resolve this issue, hearing out what I have to say and most importantly, handling my situation with outmost respect and professionalism. I told him that I don't take pleasure in posting bad reviews. However, if my experience could somehow help someone else avoid what I went through then I will post about it. OK So I ask him if we can we do a delivery for tomorrow instead (its 4 PM here). And he says SO spitefully "I'm sorry ma'am that ship has sailed, I wish i would have known earlier you wanted to proceed this way." For such a smart ass, he's a complete idiot. If you really wished you wouldnt have known earlier, you wouldnt waited 5 hours to call me back.
