First they auto bill for stuff I didn't order. Then it was a 2 day hour long fight to return them. They charged me $20 restocking fee to return sh$t I didn't order. Next I just needed to change my insurance. The idiot at their call center asked me my name 4 times, my DOB 3 times and my address 3 times. Hey! you have one job as a customer service rep!! Do not go here!!! Every time I receive a bill it was not right! Ever time I called I was was on hold for over 20 minutes! Ever time I got through it was someone who didn't speak English and transferred me to someone other no speaking English person! I spent a half of a day getting nowhere! There billing department is terrible! I was sent items for my Cpap machine that my insurance didn't cover and was billed. Ready to return it and deal with my health problems! Rotech was scheduled to provide an oxygen concentrator and portable tanks almost a year ago and thank god the driver called because he had the wrong address. Unfortunately their records were never updated even though I called several times to correct them. They never came to service the concentrator even the it was scheduled and confirmed each time. Tried to het them to pick everything up when the dr release her from the therapy months ago but they refuse without the dr office ok. Have called the dr office several times informing them but still months later no progress. Pretty convinced now its a scam between Rotech and Dr office to continue to receive money from medicare or insurance. Documenting everything and recording phone calls for law suit. read more

I have been a patient of Rotech since June of 2017 because I am a Sleep Apnea patient. I also have epilepsy, diabetes and four screws holding my head on. I have diabetic neuropathy, cervical dystonia and my left arm and leg go numb for no reason several times a week so I can't use them. These are only a few of my chronic illnesses. Without my Sleep Apnea device and supplies, I will die. I have been having a great deal of difficulty getting any supplies from Rotech since I started with them. Before I started with a new Medicare Insurance Plan in November I called Rotech and asked if this was a problem. The associate on the phone said my device and supplies were paid by Medicare Part B and would be paid by Medicare regardless of Medicare's for-profit third party insurance company. Apparently, the "associate" lied to me. Since then I have had Global Health tell me they picked up and Rotech as my supplier for my Sleep Apnea monthly Leasing of my equipment and my supplies. This was told to me by a Global Health nurse by the name of Kimberly, phone number 405-280-5207. Global Health said they would pay for it, they have been excellent. All I had to do was have my doctor refer me to Rotech and everything would be alright. I did and that was a long time ago. For the past month, I have been working with a very nice man by the name of Dan. He is very professional. He stated my billing sequence was started on 11/1/2017 and I should be able to order supplies. I can't. I called back today and asked to speak to another person to see if I could get more answers. I got, an Alliana? Alyana? Pronounced Al-e-anna. She was very rude and answered my questions with questions and was combative. Said there was only one note in the computer on 12/15/2017 denying me coverage. Then she hung up the phone. I kept begging her to not to be mean to me, this seemed to encourage her to be meaner. The usual Medicare for-profit third party insurance company representative. She did not care and it was very apparent. Nor does she have to, there is no accountability with these Medicare for-profit corporations. Al-ee-anna is very mean. Asking ridiculous questions. She actually made it sound like me calling was the problem and pretty much said this. I have had many problems getting the simplest supplies from any Medicare Sleep Apnea suppliers for the 9 years I have been on the CPAP devices and Medicare. This type of deadly denying we handicapped senior citizens supplies is a regular occurrence. Now I have yet another CPAP supplier with extremely rude personnel who do not care if I get my supplies. If I do not have my device and supplies I will die. Very apparent to me Rotech does not care if I die. They seem to be working very hard to kill their customers. If you are a sleep apnea patient and Medicare tells you Rotech is your only choice you will experience what I am and you could die if you cannot pay cash for your supplies as I do. Besides this Rotech is charging Medicare $133 a month for my device and I can finance one for $30 a month, why an additional $103? My supplies Rotech overcharges Medicare 300% of what I have been paying cash for at another online supplier. Why? Then their "associates" are very abusive to customers like me who need help. My advice is there is a need for a Congressional investigation as to why this is going on. Now I expect Rotech to be even more violent. Yes, violent because denying me my device and supplies will murder me. I will get more people from Rotech spewing ignorant rhetoric. That's their problem which they have made my problem since I became handicapped I have been using a speak and type software to write books. The one I am currently writing is titled "Medicare Death Boards". This book will explain how Medicare and it's third-party for-profit corporate insurance companies murder us, the sick senior citizens. read more

Avoid them like the plague! I mean really. They subcontract out their CPAP business to a Nationwide vendor who are phone terrorists calling all the time to see if I need refills of C PAP supplies. I discontinued my service with them because of this and trying to substitute cheap products instead of what is ordered. Two years later I am still getting calls 3 times a week.
