I ended up with a great pair of Brooks Ghost Max 2. My son's shoe was a little challenging but it was amazing to see how different shoes affected his gait. New Balance came out on top for him. They didn't have the color he wanted so they ordered the one he chose and they will arrive in 5 business days. They give you a choice to ship to your house or ship to the store which I thought was nice. Lee helped fit my new glasses and took his time with my adjustment, although the store was busy. After being fitted with my new glasses I asked Lee if he could replace the pads on the glasses I had gotten there last year. No problem, after I told him they are not comfortable to wear. Few min wait after check in for the first exam as well as the second exam (after) with the doctor. I tried on a few frames, he explained everything & I paid. The whole process took about an hour. (Not including the time I took to browse frames.) My glasses came back in less than the two weeks stated. I do wish they had more coach frame options. I wanted a 2nd pair to get the 40% off of those. I saw some brown ones online but they didn't have them in the store & I wanted to try them on before I committed. You only get 30 days to order the 2nd pair. The store was organized & clean. They had two or three ppl to consult/ complete your order. Pick up was just as smooth. He had me try them on to make sure they fit properly & didn't need adjusting. Quick & easy. I was in search of a bike carrier capable of carrying 2 e-bikes. I knew my regular bike carrier could not handle the extra weight of electric bikes. There were 3 carriers on display. The 3 costs varied from low, to medium, to high - targeting a person's budget and needs. Each were capable of carrying 2 e-bikes, but the differences in construction, stability, and added features led me to the Kuat NV 2.0. (the medium cost). Joe was excellent answering all my questions and he even showed me a video of the NV 2.0 that displayed all of its features and functionalities. It wasn't cheap but they offer 10% discounts for all former military, police, and first responders so that was nice. Joe took the display unit and put it on my vehicle in like 2 seconds. I love my new Kuat bike carrier. It's extremely well constructed and very versatile. I had a great experience and highly recommend you check them out.
