The small bottles are SO SMALL that I can't squeeze them to get the drops out. I picked the prescription up at the drive thru and pulled ahead because there was a car behind me. I looked in the bag and saw 3 boxes. Without opening any of the boxes I drove back around the building and said I couldn't manage these teeny bottles. They said they couldn't take them back even though the boxes weren't open and they had altered the way the prescription was written. It was suggested that I hire a home nurse to come twice a day for 3 months to administer the drops since I couldn't handle the bottles they substituted for what had been ordered. I would rate my experience as less than 1 if it was possible.

This review is related specifically to the folks in the pharmacy at the CVS on Broadway in Methuen…read more They are truly a horrible group of people (with a few exceptions). The most arrogant and hostile individual is the pharmacist herself. I don't know her name, but she is blonde. The attitude of the people toward their customers is horrendous. You are greeted with scowls each time you approach the counter. They do everything in their power to try to make you feel that they are doing you a favor by helping you get your medications. The pharmacy is in stark contrast to the rest of the store. Everyone else in the store could not be more helpful or kind.

(I never did get added to the registry. I was 1 case study short. Whatevs.) Meanwhile, the products are effective and very, very helpful in subtle energy and vibrational healing. The Rescue Remedy in particular, is marketed well and is recommended by vets for pets and by many types of practitioners for humans. The 38 Flower Essences can be used in combination (usually 3-7 types at a time) to help with a variety of problems. I learned alot through my practitioner training and enjoyed working with Jim at Nelson bach and especially my teacher and mentor, Elisabeth Wiley - an accredited RBFP instructor out of Troy, NY.

do not work or buy products from nelson bach, formerly based in wilmington, ma and now in andover,…read morema. i was employed at this company for two months. in the second month i achieved the highest sales, single highest sale, and highest overall sales. i performed and outperformed all aspects of the position - meeting, exceeding expectations, and going above and beyond to service clients and contribute to the success of the company. due to restrcitions beyond control, and to meet the needs of clients, one houe of time was spent assembling kits for mailers, part of the position, and part of the requested and needed follow up for the sales process. without access to email, a computer, or printer, invoices were not able to be printed and during this time, to be most efficient and follow up on the promised literature, kits were assembled - which included making color copies of several pieces of selling sheets (part of the requested literature from clients). the kits were in need of printed sales letters, which were not able to be printed due to not being able to log onto a computer, access email, or the sales databases. the clients requested both literature for their stores for their clients, and also "catalogs" of the products, which is the "package / kit" being assembeld along with an insertion order for sending to clients. the plan was to send both kits (per the clients request) and literature for their stores (which would be sent direclty from the warehouse). while compiling these kits, the employee also communicated informaiton to another employee about 2 clients that needed to be confirmed to attend an upcoming seminar. also to be included in the kits were the company change of address letters, as well as a new brochure annoucning the 2008 training seminars. the challenge was all along, how to be able to send out the requested literature and catalogs and information. thinking the employee was making effective use of time when not able to log on to a computer, and finally being able to send out this requested information, the employee was then pulled aside into an office and told by the vp of sales that "this isn't going to work out". the reason, as told by the vp, was that it was not a good "cultural fit" and that they are "like a family" and that it "just wasn't going to work out". the job performance was outstanding. clients purchased products on almost every outgoing phone call. status of every call was logged. status documents were maintained with specific follow up infomration for sending the requested materials. status was also maintained about specific products maintianed by clients, and key feedback. ijn addittion, the employee was told "not a good fit" because of not talking with others in the office, yet the job was to be on the phone, make twenty calls an hour and sell as much product as possible. it was a complete contradiction or conflict of interests, as the eemployee was both working to achieve success for the company, commissions and sales for the employee, increased sales and support for the clients through their requests for support literature, education and training. the bottom line is that the employee outperformed the position and did nothing that warranted dismissal. if there were anything, it would have been a promotion that the employee deserved.
