They have received their payment but the shoes are nowhere to be seen. I was called 2 weeks ago and was told that my shoes had arrived. I told them to hold on to them for me so my sister and I could pick them up at the same time. However after waiting 2 weeks I went down to pick my shoes up and ask about my sisters shoes. I was told that my shoes where HERE, but they told me that HERE meant some other town, and now I would have to wait an addition 2 weeks to pick up the shoes I have been waiting several months on. How large or heavy are these shoes that they could not be kept at the store where I paid for them? Are they made of some precious metal and need to be kept at some high security location? I was also told that they were having some problems getting my sisters shoes sent to them. What kind of problem? They didn't know. They also didn't know how long it would take for her shoes to get in. I should have know better than to go to these people. They are only open 1 day a week. 1 DAY A WEEK. And even then they leave early and/or come in late. DO NOT GO TO THESE PEOPLE. FIND YOUR SHOES ELSEWHERE. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I take my father there for his above the knee prosthesis and the staff has always went above and beyond to make sure that we have everything that he needs. They call and check on him just to see how he's doing and offer words of encouragement! The one thing that stands out to me is the last time he was in the hopsital the lady that called was genuinely concerned and ask if she could pray with me for my father! If he has needed an adjustment they always make sure to work him in the same day and that's rare to find anymore. My father is not just a number like most places, he is treated like their own family! You can tell the whole staff has a heart to serve. Everyone always has a smile on their face and very polite. The enviroment of the office is very welcoming from the moment you walk in which is always a comfort especially when my family went through the traumatic experience of my father losing his limb.
