Fixing my foundation was difficult job. Most places would not event tackle the job. Bollerude was ready and willing to tackle the task. Their work was amazing. They are very detailed and exact in all parts of the repair. After the repair they returned to check on how the dirt was settling and added more dirt. I live in a condo that was poorly constructed 10 years ago as far as water drainage. The cement…read morewalls are below grade level and the underground cheap plastic perferated drain pipe filled up with dirt. So during a heavy rain all the water that drained off the roof as well as all the water on the ground near the foundation went right into the basement. I was referred to A K Basement to fix the problem. First the they sealed the wall with a rubber coating. Next replaced the cheap perferated plastic pipe with a solid six inch pvc pipe and covered it with rock, not dirt. The pipe along the foundation is perferated for water drainage that ties into the solid 6 inch pvc pipe that the down spout is also tied into and all water drains way out away from the house. That was two years ago and we have not had nor will ever have a problem again with water in the basement. I would highly recommend A K Basement to anyone. Also the work was done professionally and on time as stated before the job was started. When the work was completed the the truck drove away, the yard looked like nothing was tore up. Over the past few days we've had extream rainfalls, this system worked flawlessly. We lost power for about 18 hours. The battery backup was doing the job. After about 12 hours on battery I hooked up the generator. This system saved me alot of headache and money. So worth the cost.
