(Brannon King) One of the biggest issues was that the plaster wall finish--clearly listed in our contract and fully paid for--was never completed. We received plaster/ joint compound walls. Which is not as durable as plaster and less expensive. When we brought up concerns about the quality of the work, the contractor was unable to handle any feedback and became difficult to communicate with instead of addressing the issues professionally. Unfortunately, we made the mistake of paying in full before the project was finished. Now, despite the vanity being included and already paid for, the contractor is refusing to come back and install it. This has left us with an incomplete project and additional stress trying to resolve something that should have been handled properly from the start. Overall, the lack of follow-through, poor communication, and refusal to complete agreed-upon work made this a frustrating and costly experience. We strongly advise others to be cautious and avoid paying in full before all work is completed to your satisfaction.
