I went for the Truffle pizza with portobello mushrooms (they look a bit similar to their magical cousins, maybe thats the secret), fior di latte, white alba truffle oil and burrata. Dough: beautiful saltiness to play with the chewy texture and amazing complex flavour. No idea how they pack so much experience into dough but this is the quality I only tasted in Homeslice before. And on the dough the quality continues with the fresh, amazingly stretchy and light burrata. The mushrooms complete the taste to provide a teuly gourmet experience.
